Qunol Ultra Magnesium Glycinate Complex 250mg, Vegetarian, Gluten-Free 60ct

I noticed that nearly 100% of the 1-star reviews of this product were centered on the fact that the pills are large. Yes, they are large, but they are coated to make them easier to go down. Most of the 1-star reviews state, "the average person could not swallow these pills" and I completely disagree with that statement. I am an average 70-year-old retired woman with a fairly small stature, and I have had no problem swallowing these. I have been taking them daily since late last year and have never had a problem swallowing them. I would say not to let those 1-star reviews stop you from buying this product. I am a huge Qunol fan and have always bought their products. The Ultra Magnesium has definitely helped me in several ways, the main one being the pain in my knees. It has gotten better since I started taking these.

Doctor recommended that I take magnesium to help with my muscle spasms in my legs when I go to bed. As it relaxes the muscles and can help me sleep. However they do work as far as I can tell but beware they are a very large size tablet and a little bit hard to swallow whole. Not sure if they can be broken in half I do not do that.

Quality product, replacing regular magnesium. It was recommended to me to use magnesium glycenite for better outcome. Isn't a problem for me to swallow, but it is quite large. I felt that I was ordering a quality product, not some shady internet purchase

I can truly say that magnesium glycinate has changed my life. My quality of sleep has improved and my body is super relaxed. HOWEVER, these pills are HUGE! I can’t tell you the amount of times that I have choked on them. Absolutely scary and absolutely painful. I crush them up and that’s helped, but I won’t be buying this brand again. Just entirely too big.

Excellent product. I would like to see the size of the pill be just a little smaller.

I tried taking these and came very close to choking to death! Way too large for my throat and it blocked the water I tried drinking to get it down. Was stuck in my throat. Had to cough immensely to dislodge it. Very scary as could not breathe. Found that though in the tightly capped bottle, the horse pills were sticky on the outside. Had ordered more than 30 days prior so wondering how to get a refund. Not worth risking your life. These are definitely Man Sized pills, not for most females.

Hard to swallow. They are pretty big so I cut them in half. I still get them stuck in my throat and have to swallow them with huge gulps of water. I don't think I'll order them again.
