Well truth be told, It depends on how every individual reacts to it, As everyone is different, But for me, It definitely stops the thinning from occurring so much, But my hair has yet to regrow in previous areas that had a lot of shedding. I can see that it can prevent hair loss on me, But regrowth is not on the cards. So it works, But maybe keep expectations realistic and see how your body reacts to it.
