EDIT: As promise if things changed I said I would come back here and update this. I had received no mean to get help from the Amazon website. I have rarely needed to do so and it might well just be a lack of familiarity with this on here. But it had appeared there were no options to resolution. So I posted this review. After posting this review Penny from the company got in touch with me. The communication was quick and clear. I was offered an under warranty replacement and accepted this offer. I got a second Orange charger and tested it as quickly as it came. Just like all of the others it worked perfectly. I wanted to state here that I truly appreciate the fact they were were monitoring and got in touch with me, that they answered with a simple solution, and that the replacement is working properly. I have updated my review from 1* to 5* because I got exactly what I ordered with excellent support from the company. With clearly mass produced items like this you get a double edged sword. The price is cheap for an excellent item but you are also faced with 1000s of shipped items. QC is always going to be a struggle. Having said that I would still recommend this vendor (VRURC) and these chargers. They are awesome especially when going too and from work, or school, or vacation. ------------- I have bought several of these (5 total previously). I different colors etc.. All given out as gifts. I wanted one for myself so I bought this one in Orange. The previous ones all worked out of the box and are still working. This one however is not working. The battery had about 72% charge when it was opened. I plugged it in to charge it to 100%. Expecting no problems I just unplugged it and didn't think much of it. I then used the battery bank to charge my phone and it worked but was out of power sooner than I expected. I plugged it into the wall and left it over night. Came in the next morning and the bank was still exhausted. When plugged in it starts the display, shows the current charge, and then goes black. It does not charge when plugged in. Thinking it could be a bad plug I tried several plugs in different rooms. Same patter of seeming to start and then going black and not charging. I then tried it with plugging it into a USB-C cable that was powered from a different wall-wart and that does charge the bank. I contacted the seller here thru Amazon messages and my message has gone completely unanswered. Which was unexpected. Having never had a problem I thought we could likely work this out. Now my return window has closed and I still have never heard back. I am torn about recommending these. I did have 5 that worked and still are. This one was bad. But it is also the newest. If they are now having quality control problems then it is hard to recommend this charger.... I still love the speed of the charging, the weight of the charger and the fact that the 3 cords are all built it and a short but workable length. These just get thrown in backpacks and used nearly every day. But if you can't just plug it in at will, nearly anywhere then the true functionality is so massively reduced that to be honest I would return this bad one if I could... Having to have another charger to charge it? kills the value proposition for me totally. Would love to hear from the vendor and get this problem fixed. If I ever do I will update this review.

Legit lifeline. My phone dies so fast so I always have this with me. Love that I don't have to have any extra cords and that I can just plug it in an outlet to charge! Can easily charge my phone 2 times or just leave it plugged in all day. Will fit in my back pocket with my phone.

This is the best portable charger i've ever used. i bought 4 of them one for each of my family members. they last SO long and are so easy to charge. i love how you dont need a cord to charger it and you can just plug it into the wall. it also is slim and not to bulky which is nice too. about the same size as my iPhone 15. it never gets hot/over heats and its very simple and easy to read for the battery life. i 100000% recommend this charger. you need it!

Great Product. Charges fast with built in plug. I'm able to charge my phone when it's down to 20% in less than 10 minutes and still have 60% charge left in it. I like the fact that everything is built in it so I don't have to go looking for any extra cables or ac adapter. Again a great little product for the price!

When at camp someone had one of these and I borrowed it to charge my tablet. I decided o needed one too. So I got this. I took it to Jury Duty as free time I’m playing on my phone or reading on my kindle and I didn’t have to worry about draining the batteries. I keep it in my purse now. It fits good and it’s now extra heavy. I can even charge my phone in my purse with it. Since you can see the charge it has left once it vets down to close to 20 I take it in and plug it in. It charges within a few hours. This is perfect for if your power goes out in the winter to keep things charged or for camping in summer. This wattage is enough for 2-3 full charges of my phone. I haven’t tested this is my guess. I’m very happy with it.

Fantastic charger. Its the only thing I bring on trips. The only down side is the little knob on the cable doesnt allow it to fit in some cases so my otterbox works perfectly but my husband's case doesnt work with this charger. The battery indicator makes it very easy to see how much charge is left. Its quick to recharge and plugs directly into a wall.

I absolutely loved this charger for awhile it worked perfectly and was so convenient to have all types of adapters and it was sleek. I bought it last June for a trip and didn’t use it much after that until more recently so probably 3 months of more frequent use like once or twice a week. Now it just stopped charging the charger all together when I plug it into the wall to charge it won’t do anything no matter how many plugs I try. Very disappointing.
