Problem solved
Love these. I thought my dairy days were over and it didn't seem to be lactose intolerance. I would have gut health issues and congestion. This solved my problems!

Helps a little
The jury is still out on these for me. I have had developed a rash as a result of increased dosage to my calcium supplements, which I am required to take for my thyroid. I haven't noticed much of a difference. The only thing that helped me was to cut my calcium supplements back. My husband has chronic sinus issues and it seems to help him a little at night, but no miracle yet. Maybe we need higher doses?

easy to take
I can't tell if it's working or if my MCAS flair up is reducing on it's own... but maybe it's no coincidence that it started to subside after I began this. The pills are so small and easy to take. My only challenge is remembering to take them before eating.

Explosive stomach issues
My normal DAO was out of stock. So I bought this. I’ve been having tummy troubles for a couple of weeks, but they literally exploded after I took these. It was 3-4 days of it before I realized this is the only change I’ve made. It has to be this product because I stopped for 1 day, took one yesterday before going out to eat for Father’s Day and spent the rest of the day sick as a dog. I was so hoping this could get me by until my normal DAO was out of stock. Money down the drain disappointed.

Good Dao supplement.
Works well for histamine reaction from food, has helped me with flushing after eating. No side effects associated with its use so far.
