They will not honor their warranty. Horrible company to work with.
Don't expect this company to honor their warranty. I purchased 10 of these for my office and one of them has a bad graphics card. Their customer support keeps coming up with ways to repair this card. None of them work. The screen keeps going black when I move the mouse after a few minutes of non use. Great computers when they work, but chalk it up as a loss if it doesn't, since they do not care about their product quality.

Don’t waste your money
Junk. First of all it can barely handle having Google Chrome open. Secondly it didn’t come with an nvme ssd so I had to get one separately.

Product defective warranty is useless!
Purchased item on 9/5 no has stopped working all together. It immediately overheats after bootup. BUYER BEWARE!! Amazon is no help at all!! Seller hides behind an email address and is non-responsive. Their site says to contact Amazon and Amazon is even more unhelpful! Company is based in China and after 2 emails and over 72 hours (site says they will contact within 24 hours), guess that's a lie too. Product has a 1 year manufacturers warranty but that is apparently a lie as well. So I have and office PC that is one month and 23 days old and it's a paper weight! Shame on Amazon and GMKtek! BUYER BEWARE! DON'T BUY!!

Not Good
So far I am not having a good experience with this. An update taking very long time. Like it’s stuck. I left my overnight for the update and woke up 7am and it’s still updating.

thermal throttling and poor wifi/bluetooth range
I thought the few one star reviews were outliers, and they may be. Unfortunately, I ran into many of the same problems. Thermal throttling and wifi/bluetooth performance were significant enough to cause me to return. If you are running Windows Updates in the background and trying to do a disk bound intensive copy or transfer, you can see hiccups.

Unfortunately, cheap computers aren’t good, who knew?
Do not cheap out on this product. One day of normal operation and now it just freezes about every 15minutes. I’m not running any high maintenance software. Opening normal browser and checking emails and it can’t even handle that.

No longer works after 6 power ups
First off, this computer worked great for about 6 power ups. But then nothing. Checked the power source, outlet and even tried to leave it alone unplugged for some time and still nothing, but it would turn back on. I reached out the company with the SNN, shop source and what nots, and never heard back from them. I do not know if this is an isolated instance, but please keep this in mind when purchasing this mini computer.

Amazing mini PC and arrived the next day!
Amazing mini PC- functions well, arrived one day after ordering. Please USB cabled keyboard and mouse for setup purposes. No issues experienced thus far and simpler to carry around compared to a laptop (just need to bring the keyboard, mouse and a portable monitor (of any size of your choosing). Seller is awesome and sent a separate mouse pad, keychain and thank you note which is highly appreciated. Just wished that this mini PC had a full function USB C port for connecting my Acer dual monitor.

TV kutusu yerine alınabilir.
TV box yerine mini pc almayı tercih etmiştim ve bu yorumu yaklaşık 1 senelik kullanımın ardından yazıyorum. Hiç pişman etmedi. Tabii ki 4k çözünürlükte kullanıldığında hafif teklemeler oluyor, normal bir pc kadar performans vermiyor ama medya oynatımı konusunda çok yeterli.

Alternativa interessante em mini pc
Antes de comprar eu tinha visto avaliações online e adquiri o produto em Maio desse ano (2025) em uma oferta na Amazon. Fiquei surpreso com o tamanho e pelo desempenho. Sobre o tamanho, é próximo de um cubo mágico e/ou mouse, praticamente cabe na palma da mão e/ou bolso. O desempenho do N97 com 12GB Ram consegue executar várias ações, exemplos: Ver videos em 1080p sem perda de frames, e para fins de testes executei o demo do RE 7 com uns 25 ~ 30 fps em 900p com opções no médio. Vi na internet (Porém ainda não instalei) esse mesmo modelo executando emuladores de PS2 com taxa estável de 60fps em 720p. Por fim eu sou usuário Linux e estou deixando esse mini pc como alternativa para alguns aplicativos que só funcionam no Windows, que por ventura acompanha a licença original. Porém sei que roda Linux também, mas no meu caso já tenho outras máquinas. No geral, tem várias portas e conectividade: 3 x USB 3.0, Bluetooth, WIFI, LAN, SD e 2 HDMI. É uma alternativa interessante de mini pc, com desempenho legal, baixo consumo de energia e não ocupa muito espaço.

HA server yapmadan evvel bir gün outlook, excel, hatta 2D autocad için de kullandım, idare eder bir performansı vardı. windows 11 durumunda güç tüketimi yer yer 20W'lara çıkabiliyordu. isterseniz proxmox kurup, ordan home assistant, plex, pihole vs vs her şey yapabilirsiniz. yeterli güce sahip.
