These roof bars are good value for money and supplied in their original packaging. If your either needing a set of roof bars or replacing them like for like and length I would recommend them as a good replacent or just to attach as originals.

Ordered for new car as my existing 2 sets of bars were too long and too short respectively, typical! Bars arrived next day as expected and on opening the box were found to be bent. Arranged return collection and replacement and next day the replacement set arrived and were also bent. Managed to straighten them to a reasonable amount due to leaving for holiday the following day so no time to swap again. Given these bars are steel not aluminium they must have been put under extreme forces while palletted. I wonder how many others have been affected by similar issues. Generally happy with Thule and have been using them since 2007 for roof bars and bicycle carriers etc and have always been happy. This time let down by poor warehouse handling at Thule or Amazon.

I’ve used Thule roof bars for years and found the fittings and strength excellent. Ordered these bars to replace 20 year old ones that were rusting. Very disappointed in Amazon quality control. Takes an awful lot of weight to bent Thule bars. Biggest issue is trying to talk to a human at Amazon as they offer £4.75 for return postage but it cost £16 to post these back. Update!! Finally got hold of a human operator at Amazon and the issue and return was sorted very quickly to my total satisfaction. Well done again Amazon.

Solid and confidence inducing! Has a slightly bowed profile that suits my RR Evoque Panoramic Roof. Been using these bars for decades; never failed me.

This is a Thule roof bar, sturdy, plastic covered and does what it is designed to do.

I had been searching for a pair of reasonably priced Thule 712300 roof bars for some time and in Oct 2023 was delighted to find them being offered on Amazon for £49.00. The bars arrived and the transaction completed satisfactorily. The bars were required to support a roof box and, having then changed my car, I needed slightly longer roof bars. However, at that time the roof box had been stored until next required in Spring 2024 - now. On receipt, the bars were therefore similarly stored unopened until required - also now. Having this week put the bars and roof box on my car I was disappointed to discover that both bars are bent - about 1.5cm in the centre. It is my fault for not checking them on receipt but I doubt that the bowing would have been noticed until the bars were in place on the car roof. Take care if you purchase from Gadstone Limited on Amazon. I would be interested to learn whether Gladstone are prepared to offer an exchange or refund at this time?

The product is great but it came with only 2 out 4 end caps. I did give a 5 out of 5 but could you solve the issue with my delivery ? If I do not receive the end caps than it would not have deserved the 5 out of 5 rating, time will tell. Could you resolve the issue with my delivery ? (This is the reason why I put my order on return ; I have no intention nor interest in returning it, I would just like to receive all pieces which are included in my order which have NOT been delivered , the two last end caps )

Amazona yakışmayan bir şekilde kesinlikle paketlenmemiş şekilde geldi. Ambalajı yırtık ve ürün üzerinde çizikler vardı. İhtiyacımız olduğu için ürünü iade etmedim ama ambalajı tamamen yırtıktı. Ürün zaten Thule, bu sebeple kalitesini çok konuşmaya gerek yok fakat, sıfır ürün olduğundan bile tam emin olamadım.
