Work great. I put them in my empty wine bottles in my wine rack. Very pretty. You'll need to buy batteries in bulk.

First, I question the accuracy of Amazon reviews because often the reviews calculated on a product are including reviews about different products. This is misleading, confusing and quite frankly a dishonest reviewing system. I see a review here that recommends using rechargeable AA batteries, yet the item being sold takes button batteries which brings me to my review on it. The lights were cute, remote is a plus as mine were put in an area hard to access. I have purchased similar lights elsewhere in the past that used regular batteries, and they quite literally lasted for a couple days straight through. These lights lasted only a few hours and each takes 2 button batteries which are not always easy to find and often spendy. They lasted only about 3 hours or so before turning them off and by next use were pretty much dead. Thinking it may be the batteries, I replaced with brand new ones, but again, just a few short hours and dead. I would not buy them again or recommend as they are costly to use and undependable

I got these short strands of tiny fairy lights with battery pack to copy a Christmas idea I saw in a high end catalog. By taking the metal top off of my Mercury Glass ornament, the small strand will fit down through the opening in the metal cap and into the ornament, filling it with sparkling lights. I will then run the last of the wire with the battery back up a hanging silk ribbon and tuck it into a garland of artificial Norfolk Pine greenery, suspended across a wide 8' doorway with a shower spring-rod. I have included a picture to show you. The 6 fairy lights come with a button battery inside already, plus 6 extras, and a screw driver to install. The battery pack is controlled with a remote control, which has many options for lighting....from solid to blinking to strobe, etc. It also has color options, but I will stick to the warm white for my Christmas decor. The wire is very thin and pliable and the LED lights are very small, so they will be perfect in these short strands for my purpose. I can't speak to durability just yet. The price of these is very reasonable---I will be able to light 6 Christmas balls at about $2. each. Not bad at all!

I love fairy lights and have always had good luck with them. These not so much, not all of them work, maybe that's why there are so many to a pack. It has been one week since I attached two to our wreath, three days in, only one of them is working and not every day. They all work on the same remote, which is good if you want everything to come on together. I am slowly going through the box and trying each one. I thought it was a simple solution to lighting my Christmas wreath.

I was very excited to get these to decorate the family room of the assisted living facility I work for. I like the idea of the delicate faery lights and anticipated using the timer for them to run 8 hours on and 16 hours off to save batteries. Unfortunately for me, I didn't read the instructions properly and just turned all the lights on thinking they would go off in 8 hours. THEN I read the reviews and realized the remote has the timer options.....oops. Anyway, they look great in the family room especially in the evening when the lights are down.
