Powers all 4 door speakers and a subwoofer very well. I’m very impressed with the output on the sub channel. Nice and compact, but packs a punch! No overheating issues so far

I doubt you will find an amp that outperforms this Stinger anywhere near its price point. I purchased a Stinger HEIGH10 unit and a Stinger Tailgate sub to replace my factory system in my Jeep JKU and this amp blew me away from the second that I fired it up. Man, what a difference it made in my jeep. I would highly recommend this amp for anyone looking for an upgrade to this system. Sound is amazing, very easy to install, runs pretty cool even when driving it, The size is a little big for under the Jeep seat but it fit, quality is amazing!!

I could not be happier with this purchase. This amplifier is crystal clear a 100 times better than the factory radio. When I decided that I was not going to change the factory radio and justice put in a high low converter and use that with this amplifier I was very scared and hesitant to do so. Amplifier proved to me that it could take that signal coming from a high low converter and convert it into crystal clear audio that sounds amazing. I highly recommend this amplifier to any and everyone if you're looking for an amplifier to run your complete system and don't want to change your factory radio and dismember your entire vehicle go with this amplifier you will not be disappointed. Just make sure that you have your speakers running at the correct ohm as this amplifier and you'll be amazed by its performance. Again I highly recommend this amplifier just get it! Also by the way, make sure that you have great RCA cables (preferably OFC twisted pair) to connect this amp, dont cheap out.

Good value for the money, great choice in upgrading / repairing the hacked-up 12-speaker JBL system in my father's Avalon. Pro tip for this sort of situation, eight 4-ohm speakers wired in series pairs, makes for 8 ohm circuits and you only have to crank the gains up a little more.

got this to replace my 40 year old class AB sony xm4040 running in 3 channel mode with a external crossover... things I liked: Compact size, good range on built in crossover, no ventilation holes topside, so don't have to worry about accidental water intrusion. Great instructions, and the ability to bridge to 3 channel mode... Thing I didn't like: RCA's on a dongle! my bad, didn't notice that on pics when shopping. I wouldn't have minded so much if they had mad separate plugs for each pair, but now I got the cluster of unused rca's hanging out other thing was week bass using a 4 ohm woofer. I been using an old home audio cerwin vega sub woofer, which really ohms out at nearly 5 ohms....meaning the woofer is getting less power, so I went ahead and ordered a DVC 12 so I can run the sub at 2 ohms. If you're running a 4 ohm woofer, I think you'll be disappointed with bass output. I really don't like using low ohm loads on amps as they tend to run hotter. I actually had to turn the highs down to about 1/4 to bring the bass up. My only hope is that it really handle the ohms load as I had to crank it so much the protection mode light was blinking... I will update my review when I get the new sub, but really think an amp should be balanced not dropping the load to max it out other than that I think its a well made amp, and would like to see it running 2 6x9s 2 10s and a 18 or something like that, as the main channels have plenty of power

This amp is the perfect balance in power between the 4 channel highs and the sub amp portion. Most 5 channels at any price point have a much weaker sub amp only being equal in power to the to the 4 channel portion. Signal is super clean and free of any noise in my install. The sub amp seems very true to its rating. The last install I did was some years ago and was a Rockford Fosgate Power 600A4 and a Power 800A2, in terms of power and quality this little amp is an equal to the high end Giants of yesteryear. It is a crime this amp dropped in price, at $300 this amp would still be an amazing deal! At the current price of $143 JUST BUY IT!!!!!!!!!

All I gotta say is WOW. This amp isn’t too bulky and has a lot of power second amp I purchase from stinger. The quality of sound is really crisp and easy to install. The tuning is pretty easy to set on this amp as well. Comes with its bass knob which some amps don’t included.

Amazing. Stinger is so under rated. Very happy with all there products. I bought there 700 rms 12 in sub and box and it beats.

I am specifically talking about the Stinger MT-1000.5 amp. I am mentioning this because I see reviews that are not related to what you are looking at some times! Anyways, this amp is pretty small and fit under my seat very well. I have an Atoto head unit, Cerwin Vega component speakers front and rear and a Sony 10" sub in a ported Bassworx box. The audio quality is great! The sub pounds and it can go loud if you want and still sounds great at lower volumes. I can't believe I get everything I want out of one little amp. And the price was really good too. My car never sounded so good! I would totally recommend this to anyone looking for a 5 channel solution. I'll try to remember to follow up in a month or so.
