They all have different flavors some are good and some are tolerable. My favorite is orange vanilla and least favorite is blood orange. It has 53 mg of magnesium is each can which can help with anxiety and restless leg syndrome. 20 calories per can so not too bad. Highly recommend as an alternative for Soberity living.

They are pricey but I am addicted. I don't do alcohol anymore so I drink these as an evening treat. Flavors are great. My favorite is the tropical bliss with a close second of the rose flavor.

I really like the effect of Recess Mood. My favorite flavor is the blood orange. The raspberry lemonade & strawberry rose are also pretty good. By themselves they will relax you a bit. They definitely replace my nightly cocktail. I will say the flavor reminds me of any of the popular seltzers on the market. To enhance the floating effect, I mixed it with another of my favorites mocktails. The fact that it’s a sugar free recipe makes me feel great as well. I sleep a lot deeper when I have this blend of Valerian Dream Tea, a dropper of Damiana & Recess Blood Orange. It’s absolutely delicious. I only gave it 4 stars bc $40 for a 12 pack with no alcohol is excessive. I caught a deal in Prime Day for $25, put it in subscription & to my chagrin, they were about to charge me $37.99. Found it at a local store for about $2.50 per can. I also found the powder for about $2 per packet. I love the ingredients & effectiveness so much that I will try the local option over ordering it again.

I have been extremely tired during the day, even though I sleep on average 10 hours a night due to medication. I mean, it was like dragging through quicksand to get through my day. I bought these after a woman I follow on Instagram (not an ad) said she tried these and woke up feeling extremely rested. That's all I needed to hear. Bought these, I drink one in the evening and truly wake up like nothing ever before. I was even less anxious (I am HIGHLY anxious, all of the time. It is managed with a lot of medication). So, I'm sold. My husband is going to kill me when he sees how much I spend on these, but I don't even care. They are that good. Oh, they don't taste the greatest though. Can't give a positive review on that.

The flavors are good, but I didn't really notice any relaxation or change in mood. I was still anxious and stressed. I had 4 of them. A bit disappointed and won't be buying again.

-4 STARS due to price. Taste & Variety: The flavors are light and refreshing. Not overly sweet (I prefer moderate sweetness). The sampler pack is a nice touch because some flavors definitely stand out more than others (MY FAVORITE IS THE BLOOD ORANGE!!) depending on your preferences. I am also not a huge BUBBLY drink fan. These are not overwhelming...the perfect crisp! Experience: The calming effect is subtle but noticeable. I wasn't expecting a HALLELUJAH moment and as mentioned earlier, it’s very subtle. But the subtleness and taste have me hooked. A PLUS, I have noticed better sleep when I have one. I really like this because it feels like a more intentional alternative to soda or sparkling water. Downsides: Honest review...I purchase these when they go on sale. I would have 1 a day if the price was lower but my budget wouldn't agree. Overall: Trying to cut down on caffeine and alcohol, 3 months in, Recess Drinks has become my favorite guilt-free 2pm and/or evening treat. I purchase the Paradise Sample!
