Cross, traffic, alert, warning!
**** if you have rear cross traffic alert**** Pay attention. The device worked fantastic on my 2025 Ford transit. It fit right in the 2 inch receiver without issue and hooked up to the electrical connection with no problem. The tail light seems to be a quality product. It’s super bright and the color matches the brake lights. Everything worked perfect. But here’s the catch. If you have rear cross traffic alert, it disable it on the Ford Transit. If you don’t have rear cross traffic alert sensors, you won’t have an issue. The vehicle thought a trailer was attached, which makes sense. But turning off that rear cross traffic alert is a dealbreaker. This is a Ford issue and not the product itself. I do recommend it

Very bright hitch light
I picked it up just to cover the hole for the trailer hitch. To not allow as much water in when it rains, it adds a new light to the back and gives the truck a different look. I love it.

feels cheap because made of plastic easy to install , i’ve had for awhile now ,have had no problems with it and is bright and serves its purpose.

Looks good, brings additional attention to your braking.
Light looks good and should help get the attention of the drivers behind you when you brake. It works fine with my older 2015 Ford F250. However, it did, and it didn't work so well with my 2025 Ford Explorer. While the light work as it should, it played havoc with the software for the trailer package. I kept getting alerts on my dash regarding the trailer disconnecting and faults with the brake lights. That was the vehicle I hoped to use the light on as we drive it most of the time, but I don't see that as the fault of the light, but the software.

May not work with newer Ford vehicles due to wiring in the light.
This is for the hitch cover light. The light works well as a brake light and running light, but the newer Ford factory trailer modules detect the light as having an wiring fault on the right side turn signal - i'm guessing because the light is wired to only use one side's turn signal (and not both)?

Provides the rear light you need.
I fitted this tow connection light for a 2004 Honda Pilot and worked like a charm. Fits perfectly and it’s a good amount of light. I wouldn’t say it’s super bright, but I’m not looking to blind the cars behind me. The rod and pin that comes with it is heavy duty. Overall, a good product!
