I was impressed with this dining set. Color is true table and chairs are extremely sturdy. Price point. Was excellent. This is a great value. Easy to assemble and is a great addition to backyard patio.

Great product for a great price! It was easy to put together and looks just great. The color was exactly what I expected. Very sturdy and the hole for the umbrella is also a great feature Just beautiful I plan to be using this for years to come.

Easy to put together. Great color. Comfortable. Heavy enough to not blow away in a storm but not too heavy to ruin the floor/decking.

First, I really appreciate Serwall's Customer Service as the came to the plate to price match the product for us. We purchased it prior to a sale and since the product was purchased but not yet received they adjusted the price to the promotional price. The product is good quality and was easy to assemble (it just takes time). I used a gyroscopic powered screwdriver with and Allen wrench bit and that saved some time. The table is heavy duty but the chairs fell short. Since Serwall modified the chairs to be wider they didn't add the proper support. When you sit on the out of the box chair you can feel the chair seat bow whether you are 100 lbs or 300 lbs... To fix this, I purchased a composite deck board, cut to length, and installed it in the center of the seat on the bottom. I drilled some pilot holes, drilled a wider hole to counter sink the screws, and screwed 3in outdoor deck screws (x3) on each side. (See attached photo). This fixed the issue and now the chairs are probably rated up to 400 lbs. I hope that Serwall fixes this issue and maybe adds 1 more inch to seat width to accommodate for larger sized people. That's why I rated this product 4 stars.

Do not purchase this furniture if you’re expecting to have outdoor furniture that can stand up to the elements, is durable, and that will be easily maintained. Within 6 months of purchase, all the hardware rusted and started bleeding on the furniture. This has caused the furniture to look bad and caused a lot of additional upkeep to try to keep it looking good. Also, within 6 months, the screws started to pull out of an adirondack chair and a rocking chair causing them to be unsafe to sit in. I contacted customer service about these issues and below is the response I received: 1. Rust Issue: - I was told to 1) Clean them with a vinegar solution, 2) For daily use, keep in a “well-ventilated, dry area to prolong their lifespan”, 3) Overall recommendation “We recommend storing the chair in a cool, shaded area during use and avoiding prolonged exposure to damp or harsh weather conditions”. - The Companies recommendation to store in cool, shaded area and dry area are completely contradictory to their own claims on Amazon and their website (Excerpts below): o Made of durable HDPE poly material, it can withstand harsh outdoor weather such as scorching sun, heavy rain, and snow. o All Weather - Withstands harsh outdoor environments o All Weather Resistant, Long Lasting o Built for all-weather durability - Every piece of Serwall's outdoor furniture is expertly made using premium poly materials, offering exceptional durability and weather resistance. These pieces are built to last, enduring rain, sun, and wind, making them ideal for all-year outdoor enjoyment. o Durability - Fade Resistant, Mildew Resistant, Pest Resistance, Waterproof, Weather Resistant. o Constructed with weather-resistant HDPE and 304 stainless steel, this outdoor rocker resists fading, cracking, and rot—outperforming wood and HIPS in durability. 2. Replacement Parts: - I was instructed to replace the current screw with a bigger screw on the rocking chair. Nothing regarding the fact that the screw shouldn’t pull out of the material. I was offered $20 and a replacement part at the beginning and then $40 with replacement part later in the discussion. I received the correct replacement parts after 2.5 months and never received any money. When the new part arrived, it showed how much the original furniture had faded in under a year. I recommend you find a different brand for your outdoor furniture needs.

I purchased this 7-Piece Patio Dining Set to create a more inviting outdoor dining area, and it has completely transformed the look and functionality of our patio. Overall, this patio dining set is an excellent combination of style, comfort, and value. It has become one of our favorite places to relax, dine, and spend time outdoors. If you’re looking to create a polished and welcoming outdoor living space, this set is a great choice.

This is a great value product as I just saw a similar set in the store for literally twice the price. The white is a bright true white, something i was worried about because other companies described their white sets as 'pearl' or such, running the risk of it turning out to be off white, which was thankfully not the case with this set. The table is very heavy, which is a con if you want to move it around, but a plus if you don't want the wind taking it away. Pieces shipped fast (well protected) with all parts, but you will need an impact wrench and several hours to assemble. The chairs have a little bit of give in the seat, but are sturdy and fairly heavy. My only complaint was that the top of the table had some black specks and one small smudge spot despite the plastic packaging that I couldn't clean. I added chair cushions, place mats and pillows and it looks like a million bucks.

Great table and chairs very sturdy and pretty. The chairs didn’t come at the same time or at the same time as the table and I got nervous after seeing past reviews so I contacted the seller and asked and they responded promptly and reassured me that they are still coming. Everything came within 3 days of each other.
