I absolutely love this fire pit ball … in fact its the third or fourth I’ve purchased in the past six or so years . We have a large , two story ,partially covered deck that we keep it on and It’s perfect for our needs . I’m always the worrier about random embers catching the deck or house on fire but not with this design. We have a fireproof mat underneath it for obvious reasons , safety first . We just fill it, light it and close the lid . It’s the perfect size for our needs . We keep it covered with a nice thick Fire pit cover once cooled when not in use . I’ve bought several as gifts .

Delivered as expected. All hardware was included. Allow between 2-3 hours to assemble, though it is easy. The flip up door and ash tray at the bottom are a bonus to have. So far, so good! Great quality!

When securing connections like two panels, one lapping over another, if they do not seem to connect one way, try reversing the lap connection.

Completed half of the assembly, despite the instructions not being very clear. After spending a good amount of time assembling the bottom half of the fire pit, I found that I could not complete the assembly because the predrilled holes provided on the dome and the holding ring are several inches off their mark. Almost like they shipped parts for two different models. Am currently waiting for resolution from the company. No customer service phone number is provided, so am waiting on an email response before I disassemble, repack and return. It's a good looking fire pit, but worthless for the purpose we purchased it if it cannot be fully assembled.
