This is great, I’ve been having hard time sleeping well because I overheat throughout the night and this simple pad kiss me cool throughout the night. I put it under my bedsheets and since I’ve been using it, I’ve been sleeping 100 times better.

It cools for a fair amount of time, but at some point it can't absorb any more heat.Wish it would last long enough that I would fall asleep.

I got this for my mom who was on hospice care. She sweated on her underside, and I was hoping this would keep her cooler. It did not. It warmed up to her body temperature.

I use to wake up sweating multiple times a night. I searched cooling pad and found this. It works. Sometimes I put it in the fridge.

I was very surprised at how cool it was and thought it might be too cold. But sadly, a few hours in I woke up and the pad was hot and sending my body heat back at me. I had it under my fitted sheet, which meant I had to get up and pull it out. I didn't want to sleep right on the rubbery surface, so if I kept it, I'd make some kind of sleeve for it from a sheet so I could just throw it on the floor when it warmed up. But you would still have to wake up to get rid of it and you'd be hot. So not a great solution depending on your needs and tolerance.

Starts out being pretty cool when you first go to bed. As the night wears on it loses it's cooling ability. I placed it under the fitted sheet on my side of the bed. It tends to move a bit in the night. I was so hoping to sleep cooler.

Works very well. So good I had to return it. Was so cold I couldn’t sleep. Tried putting a blanket on top to reduce the amount of cooling. Even with four layers of blanket between the pad and me, I was freezing!

If you run hot at night or don't have AC, put this cooling pad under your bottom sheet. The 20" x 60" size fits teens to adults. And it cools all night long, making sure you can sleep and sleep comfortably. When you get it you may want to hang it on your porch railing for a few hours to get rid of packaging smells. This was exactly what I wanted, and was worth every penny. Highly recommended.
