Noticeable improvement in my energy levels
After noticing a drop in my energy levels and feeling a drop in my testosterone I thought I'd give these a go. Initially I took 2 per day but found they were making me a little irritable sp decided to take a week of and try taking 1 per day and I can honestly say its made a big difference. I've stopped procrastinating. I've felt happier in myself because my Energy level has went up so I'm getting allot more done in my day. The improvement is subtle but even my partner has noticed it. These are quite large captures but are still easy to swallow and they are effective. So if you do decide to take them find the dose that suits you. 1 was enough for me to get a boost but not get annoyed with the small things I wouldn't normally. In conclusion I would highly recommend for anyone looking to get a boost in testosterone and energy levels. If you like my review don't forget to like it so I know it's been helpful for someone else.

You see the hype on tik tok etc about what these individual ingredients can do then you come across a pill that has them all combined and you say to yourself I'm trying that. Brain fog seems to be a buzz word and I do think that I think more clearly no pun intended . For the price it's worth purchasing and making your own mind up .
