I am overwhelmingly disappointed!!!! Not only were clothing soaked, so was the mattress lining under him, the waterproof mattress pad and the mattress lining under the mattress pad!!! BTW, this is not odor proof, I knew that before we got out of bed!! As he was taking it off, liquid spilled out! I am so disappointed, not only for that fact that it didn't work, but also because of the money wasted for a product that can't be returned.

Good product, for a pull-up. It holds a full void without leaking, at least when standing.

My review is mostly a caveat of this style of incontinence underwear. The pull up style of incontinence underwear doesn’t leak under certain circumstances—if they’re pulled up high enough that the leg holes form a nice seal, if you’re standing, if you release slowly, and if you’re not lying on your side. If there is a sudden or forceful release, they will leak because they just can’t absorb fast enough and it will pool while it tries to absorb. If you lay on your side it’s just a higher chance of leaks. If you’re sitting down, there is a possibility that you will leak near the leg holes as well. I have been saved by these after a night of excessive drinking on a few occasions, but I have also been let down once or twice so if you’re wearing them to bed, consider a bed pad as extra security if you don’t have a mattress cover or don’t like doing laundry often. Would I buy them again? Sure will! The absorbency part is quite large, which is helpful because not everyone’s anatomy matches where some of the incontinence underwear intended for day use happens to land. And compared to day use style underwear, this is perfect! I’m not afraid to use them during the day as they tend to be discreet in areas with a fair bit of white noise…I don’t think anyone has ever noticed when I’ve worn these in public while running errands.

Great fit; great product..

My urinary incontinence has gotten progressively worse over the years since my prostatectomy . Unfortunately, I have now "graduated" from guards to underwear for overnight protection. Although Tena has no "trial" offering of a minimal quantity, I ordered the 4 dozen +quantity available based on strong reviews of other Tena products. These underwear are very cloth-like to wear and are true to size, but there is zero snugness or leak protection at the leg openings so there's no way they can get close to their advertised level of absorption. The leg openings are totally unfinished and look like they were simply torn off at the bottom which totally defeats the purpose of wearing such a bulky under-garment . Major disappointment and costly mistake my me.

After prostate cancer surgery the unfortunate effect is incontinence. This brand is far superior to other name brands. Most importantly the absorbency is fantastic and no leaks. No detectable odor under clothing while wearing and only noticable when changing out to a fresh one. The fit is comfortable and also undetectable under clothing. The style looks more like regular underwear giving the wearer a better feeling about their selves rather than wearing an adult diaper. Highly recommended.

Well made and comfortable brief. Good absorption capacity. Good value with 14 briefs as against women’s all night brief with 12 at same price although women’s brief is unisex. I recommend it.

I very seldomly make reviews on my purchases ... HOWEVER.. I checked and found that this product is manufactured in Canada! This product far, far surpasses Depend. They do NOT leak. They are very comfortable. If you have a real incontinence problem, they can be worn all day, and will not wet you clothing or bedding. Try then, you will not believe the difference!

Nicely absorbant hence the 3 stars. Definitely not true to size therefore minus 2 stars. Way too large. Edit: I purchased this brand because they are made in Canada but after a few weeks I realized that they are complete garbage. They leak out around the leg area and stretch out in the night time causing them to fall off. I have since switched back to Depends.

Product ordered for my father. Product is fine. Shipping box came with no packing tape closing the box. Only the shipping label holding the flaps together. Luckily no lost or significantly damaged contents.

Good fitting and no leakage. Packaging on the box could be more discreet however as the Tena brand name is clearly visible letting anyone handling the box knows what is inside.
