Minimal stretch, big in the belly.
Size large. I am 5’4” 185lbs. I have a generous booty and a smaller waist. These pants do not fit that well but it will do. Form fitted in the thighs and very big in the area a large belly might go. The regular length is a tad too long and the cut out at the side of the pant leg encourages them to drag on the ground. I’m grateful I am a seamstress and I can take these in at the waist and hem the ankle to fit tighter and avoid the drag. The fabric is not too shiny which I appreciate considering there is t much cotton to these pants. They appear durable.

Watch length
I'm 5'6" and ordered a Large Regular and they were at least two inches too long. They are also cut quite large at the ankle, definitely no taper. Otherwise, fit and fabric were very good. I did return them.
