Premium Twinpack Ice Packs for Sports Injuries Reusable Hot Cold Gel Pack - 27 x 14cm - Ankle, Elbow, Neck, Knee Ice Pack First Aid

I've not tried this hot yet but the cold performance is great on my elbow. In my freezer it cools to a malleable semi solid state in about 4 hours. Performs well to cool the elbow area. Its a bit bigger than others I've seen/tried and contains more gel. I keep it on for about 1.5hours at a time. Its very useful to have the instructions printed directly onto the pack itself. No sign of the lettering fading or coming off as yet. The plastic material holding the gel seems OK and has caused no problems even though its a bit crinckley. I bought 2 "Blue Dot" hot/cold packs at the same time, both very good. The Dynamik ones are a bit bigger and with more gel but the gel containment bag of the Blue Dot ones seem more robust. Overall a very good product and excellent value. Why would anyone pay more?

These are amazing, simply put in freezer, slide into sleeve and apply to the relevant area. Have not tried these hot but as a cold pack are very good. These cost less than one from the chiropractor and are easier to use as no finding a thin tea towel to wrap around. Added bonus you get 3 in the pack so you always have one completely frozen.

Quite good & value for money. Only but is that it does not have an outer cover. Used It for the children's football knocks and nose bleed. Great product

Exactly what I needed to reduce swelling in my knee and also ankle at times. It is an amazing price for 3 ice packs. It is brilliant that once one has warmed up you can just grab another from the freezer and use it to help with swelling. I haven't use them hot so cant comment on this. To note: I had previous sleeves that had velcro on so that I can strap these ice packs in the sleeve around my knee and ankle. The sleeve that comes with these ice packs does not come with a velcro strap and the quality of the sleeve isn't brilliant but I brought it for the ice packs not the sleeve!

Replaced my old ice packs which developed holes from over bending when frozen (they did last a good 6 years though!). So far so good - I've been using them as ice packs when dealing with migraines. They also worked really well when put inside the pillowcase in the summer to keep cool during the night. They remain slightly soft when frozen which makes it easier to make them into a comfortable shape.

They are great however first one I tried leaks so working out how to return the item as they are a good product... without leaks

A brilliant product!!!!! My partner has just had a knee operation and we had bought a couple of similar ice packs but they do not hold the "cold" as these do from Dynamic Products. The twin pack is superb value and a really good size, enabling the knee to be covered including the sides of the knee.Please remember to use a cloth, or as we do, a pillow case so as not to damage the skin upon first contact. ( standard practice ). A really good ( understatement ) product that holds its temperature for a LONG LONG time, happy indeed.

This is new for me , I usually have the thermal beads , thought I'd give them a go , cheap and cheerful , obviously cheaper than the thermal beads , I used it in the microwave for heat treatment as I can't use cold treatment , as long as you read the instructions carefully , they ease the pain for a while , just remember the pain is not cured , but will ease it for a time .

ich habe es als ''cold theraby'' und ''Hot theraby'' probiert und funktioniert gut, allerdings fand ich die für Kältetherapie besser, da das kissen sehr lange kalt bleibt. die größe ist sehr gut, und ich habe es für eine Knöchelverstauchung benutzt. sehr günstiger Preis und super schnelle Lieferung.

Quella che state per acquistare è una soluzione pratica da avere sempre nel proprio freezer. Ero solito utilizzare i cubetti di ghiaccio avvolto in un panno per ritrovarmi inzuppato a fine trattamento. Con questi comodi pacchetti gel risolvete questo inconveniente e avete una soluzione veramente pratica. Consiglio di avvolgere i pacchetti gel in un panno in ogni caso per evitare le bruciature da freddo (come indicato anche sul prodotto stesso). Non ho ancora sperimentato l'utilizzo riscaldando il prodotto, ma l'ho principalmente comprato come alternativa al ghiaccio. Ricordo che ne vengono spediti 2.
