I found another use for these: I was recently asked to visit the hospital for a full colonoscopy. If you are unaware of what that is, the doctor called it the top and tail - which in layman’s terms means they insert a camera down your throat and, after that, they insert one from they other end. But, before any of this can be done, you have to take medicine to ‘clean out’ your insides, which means many hours sitting on the loo. Now I needed what could best be described as a man’s nappy so that any accidents during this time, wouldn’t ruin clothes, bed linen etc. Searched Amazon and this was the only product that mentioned ‘Stool’. All the others were for urinary problems. Bought them (well packaged I must say) and they were perfect for the job. Acceptably thick without bulkiness and so absorbent I had no leaks at all. Now, to explain what this ‘clean out’ means, if you have ever had bad diarrhoea, it’s nothing compared to this. I mean, it comes with little or no warning and it blasts out like a shell from a cannon. So if you are to have this procedure done, buy these. High recommended for protection and bodily care.

Hands up, I hoped that I would never need a product like this in my life time, however, bowel cancer and a subsequent operation determined that I needed help. Discharged from hospital, I found that my bowel took some time to adjust after having a large piece removed and desperate for help, I purchased this product. Thankfully I was not passing large amounts of faecal matter and then only when asleep, but this product has provided me with the security which I need when i sleep. Thankfully, they have only been brought into action on two occasions, but 1 week post op, I wear a pad each night and will do for a few more days. The cost is worth it for the sense of security. In terms of absorbency, my liquid stool is completely absorbed into the fabric with no leakage either through the impervious fabric or throught the sides. I tended to wake soon after the event and could act quickly. In terms of fit and comfort, rather than purchase dedicated pants, I simply have inserted the pad into a tight fitting pair of pants and that has sufficed for the small amount which I pass. Despite the fact that I obtained the large size (1.81M tall 87kg male) I found that they were not bulky and did not disturb my sleep at all. My experience and rating are based upon effectiveness for the situation I faced,;others may have far more challenging problems than I, absorbency; smallish amounts of mainly liquid, effectiveness; they helped me enormously to rest without worries post surgery and general sence of well being has been enhanced at a difficult time. Obviously they will not be suitable for everyone and different situations may dictate that they are no for you, but on this occasion they have proven to be a godsend for me.

Don't understand how this product has so many good reviews. The pads are of extremely poor quality, overly large and very flimsy. In my opinion they are not fit for purpose. I tried to return them but seller says not eligible for return.. I contacted amacon and was informed they were supplied my a third party seller and not anaxon, therefore amazon can't refund me but can only try to contact the seller on my behalf. AVOID, there must be better products out there ftom genuine sellers

I bought it for an older person. Not ideal. Too wide. Not bad, but not good either.

Since having gallbladder removed I have had a couple o whoops moments when travelling. To save embarrassing situations I bought these to wear for long journey though airports etc. They really are adult nappy size and are not too discreet when wearing with big knickers! However on a trial run, without an oops they proved to be reassuring and comfortable and at less than 50p an insert they are value for money.

Have used this item for a while now no issues not bulky and is discreet despite being a full pad that is worn from front to back the absorbency is good This item is of good quality and value for money they fit well but of course that would be individual preference Only buy them from Amazon as I am confident they will be delivered Having used other pads these in my opinion are the better ones

My father says they had good absorbency, and were very effective. They fit very nicely in ordinary swimming boxers or incontinence pants. They were very good value for money as we got a big bag and plenty left over (he is waiting for an operation and will need them again after).

Sehr zufrieden, das Produkt hält, was andere versprechen. Ja, die Einlagen sind sehr groß und breit, sie haben keine Klebestreifen und werden am besten mit den dazupassenden Pants oder Netzhosen getragen. Hauptsächlich nachts getestet, sehr angenehm zur Haut und bleiben in dne passenden Pants dort, wo sie bleiben sollen. Die Flüssigkeitsaufnahme ist sehr gut. Bei anderen Einlagen ging oft etwas daneben und es musste zusätzlich Inkontinenzauflage, die auch nass wurde, verwendet werden. Mit diesen Einlagen bleiben Nachtwäsche und Auflagen trocken, was eine Menge Arbeit spart. Klare Empfehlung. - SEIT DEM KAUF VON VOR 4 WOCHEN STIEG DER PREIS UM 11(!!!!) EURO: Wir steigen wieder auf andere Marke um.
