What a powerful supplement! The taste is a bit intense, so I’d suggest drinking it down with orange juice or something. But its effects are powerful on opening your third eye. Turns out I had a bad reaction to the Chaga mushroom in this product and is it non-returnable. It also damages kidneys. It made my feet swell badly. Took three days to return to normal. Did not notice any other difference. So I am just out $30 with no recourse. Very disappointing.
