Have been taking these for a while. My chiro mentioned taking these two ingredients, so why not get them both in one product!? Probably best as a preventative and maintenance, but very slowly some of my joint discomfort seems better. I would add this to a vitamin and nutrition annd activity regimen for you specific needs

Excellent product-helped so much w the stiffness I've had that wouldn't respond to exercise. Took the recommended dose for a month and am 85% improved. (I am 71 yrs. old). Have already purchased a second bottle.

I'm not sure if my results are ordinary or not, but this worked for me right away. I took four pills before bed the day I got them and when I got out of bed the next morning i felt no pain! Typically, I get up and bend my knees to get out of bed and that's where I feel it first. Once I stand-up I feel it again as I put weight on them. I'm not a very heavy person at 5' 8" 195 lbs but my knees scream at me from the years of abusive MTB riding and dirt bike riding. Anyhow, I could still slightly feel a little pain when I really started moving around but it was reduced drastically. I also notice that you can't skip it for a day because the pain comes right back if you stop taking it. The relief is real and it makes getting through the day a lot easier because you're not exhausted from knee pain all day.

this supplement is really ease my join pain but the ingredient turmeric let my body felt hot even my lips feeling burn. I have stop for a couple days now and let what happen. If you are not sensitive with turmeric this a very good supplement for join pain.

I've been taking this for a long time. I trust Dr Berg. This helps with my joints, etc.
