excellent product , pain and inflammation went way in less than 24 hrs , and i was suffering with inflammation and swollen knee for 3 weeks , husband had issue with shoulder and he said same thing worked in a matter of hours in his knee and shoulder, irs been 3 months still pain free and inflamed free. I took 4 first evening , took 4 for 3 more days even though i felt better, then took 2 for a few more days , all because of my paranoid that pain and swollen knee would return, have not taken for 2 months since purchased and still pain free , get it it works, I trust him and vitamins , watched his videos on you tube for years , even before he got supplement line :)

I'm not sure if my results are ordinary or not, but this worked for me right away. I took four pills before bed the day I got them and when I got out of bed the next morning i felt no pain! Typically, I get up and bend my knees to get out of bed and that's where I feel it first. Once I stand-up I feel it again as I put weight on them. I'm not a very heavy person at 5' 8" 195 lbs but my knees scream at me from the years of abusive MTB riding and dirt bike riding. Anyhow, I could still slightly feel a little pain when I really started moving around but it was reduced drastically. I also notice that you can't skip it for a day because the pain comes right back if you stop taking it. The relief is real and it makes getting through the day a lot easier because you're not exhausted from knee pain all day.
