Great Quality for At-Home Self-Care 🌿💆♀️
I’ve been using this for a few months now, and it’s been a comfortable and well-made addition to my self-care routine, especially for relaxing at home. I use it when I get a very painful bulging disc and before painful period's. Pros: the organic cotton flannel feels soft and breathable against the skin, the strap design helps keep it securely in place without shifting, and the overall quality feels durable and thoughtfully made. I also appreciate that it’s reusable and easy to incorporate into a calming routine. Cons: the straps may take a little adjusting the first time to get the right fit, and it does require gentle care when washing to keep the fabric in good condition, cut the straps if you find them too long. Get a good organic castor oil! Tip: get a good organic castor oil to match. I've actually given these as gift for friend who have had painful cysts. Durable and quality product
I put four now slits in this, one in each corner. I was able to criss-cross the string for a better fit.

Hold the castor oil in place
Really works with castor oil I use it overnight on my stomach and liver. I use fabric baby diapers as my insert so I have to wash this wrap less frequently.

not worth the price tag
I would not recommend spending your money on this, especially at this price point. First, it does not stay in place throughout the night the way even some cheaper versions do. More importantly, it gets castor oil everywhere. I have ruined more clothing items using this than with any other product I have tried. The design does not lay flat, which allows castor oil to drip onto clothing from either side. On top of that, the oil seeps through the material itself, so even the areas covered by the fabric can still end up stained. I was hoping that spending more would mean better quality and a more relaxing, enjoyable castor oil routine, but unfortunately that was not the case. I would honestly recommend saving your money and choosing one of the less expensive options or even the adhesive patches instead.
