Had gotten so many compliments on this bag. I attend school and work so I have two laptops. Two different bags were killing my arms and back. Even the doctor asked me to send her the link. I recently found the straps, like right now. So I won’t add that. Lol. But it has many compartments to store things. Great for travel. Good size and the color is beautiful. Very durable and high quality. Good for the price although a bit expensive for my liking.

This back -pack is sturdy & fits perfectly under your airline seat. No need to worry with overhead bins. I hauled it all over Milan & London without issue. The wheels do make it uncomfortable to wear as a back pack, but I purchased for the ability to drag it to & from the office. Trendy, nice & works great!

This is the perfect size. I love all the compartments. Fits my medicine and more. Rolls nicely. Not too heavy. Has padding and beautiful colors. Very practical to carry on planes and every day use. Good quality for the money.

This bag is very nice. The wheels roll smoothly, the handle goes up and down easily, the gold-tone hardware gives it an elevated appearance and the backpack is sturdy and well made. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the wheels don't pivot - they only roll forward and/or backward which makes getting through doors somewhat awkward. Also, the handle could be a little longer. I'm only 5'3" and I have to bend down slightly to hold the handle. Other than those two things, I love it.

Roomy. Zippers are smooth, sturdy, and open wide to get packing cubes in. Rolls smoothly. Lots of little compartments. Backpack function is perfect for stairs. Just spent four nights and five days abroad using it. Spacious! Carry-on friendly.

Hi! I bought a pink rolling backpack in June 2015, half a year ago. The expandable handle was always tight when I need to extend it fully or collapse. Last week it stopped working. I cannot collapse it at all. I want either a replacement or a refund.
