Great looking knife
I purchased the rose gold and black version of this knife. I really like the blade shape and that combined with the rose gold blade and black handle creates an amazing look. The opening action is good, but the button to release the lock and fold is pretty flush with the handle and sometimes feels sticky. The overall weight is just a little more than I had hoped for. For me while it is an excellent knife I wish it were a little lighter and wish the unlock/fold button was designed a little better. The blade is really sharp and does an excellent job. Overall I really like this knife. I don't EDC this one as much as some of my other knives. I mostly keep this one at my desk and fidget with it or open mail with it. It looks so good though.

Nice EDC.
Very cool blade based on a Bowie pattern. Great detent, smooth action and lockup is solid. Razor sharp out of box but stropped it and now it can split hairs. This steel strops beautifully. I prefer satin blades but the rose gold looks great. Weโll see how the coating holds up. Great value given the price.

Exactly as advertised
Excellent for everyday carry, Blade in the rose gold color is beautiful, and sharp as can be. Button lock feels great, although took a bit to get used to Opening and closing but that's on me as it's my first button lock. After getting comfortable with it the action feels great. Got exactly what I was looking for. Comes with a nice cleaning cloth and zipper storage case.

Gorgeous knife
I am blown away by the quality and overall design of this knife at this price point, growing up this would have been a 100-200 dollar knife, beautiful, sharp, and a zippered case with blade hank, all for less then 60 bucks. Iโm not sure about the coating and blades sharpness longevity yet but initial impressions are very high. Itโs well built beautiful action, sound, lock up might buy the beaded and all black just to have.

Excellent sans the paint
The CJRB Pyrite is one of the best EDC pocket knives under $100 especially if you can get your hands on one with S90V. I purchased the black and rose gold bowie version purely for its uniqness. I absolutely love the Pyrite line, and this is my fourth. Two of them are their ultra premium versions and some of my favorites in my collection. I find that I'm frequently chosing between mine for daily carry. This Pyrite Bowie version is fantastic sans the matte paint. Which within a few hours wore to a shine in the high traffic areas of the scales. The full length fuller plus thumb stud makes it a top contender in the fidget world. I can say they are some of the best BL's in the industry. Almost zero lock stick on any of their models. Civivi take note!! The weight and balance of the Bowie style feels excellent and way more expensive then their price suggest. The action is smooth and buttery. Handle ergonomics are comfortable for any task that you "should" be using this knife for. AR-RPM is kinda new and taking a big hit recently. As we are.finding out the steel is more comparable to 8cr with slightly better edge retention? Not to mention CJRB's misleading powdered metal claim, which it is not. I'd say 14C28N has a significant advantage in edge retention and well pretty much across the board. Again i bought this due to the uniqness and ocasional carry for very light duty. When it comes to CJRB's Pyrite line, there's something for everyone and on any budget. They hit it out of the park with this model. I'd say in the budget world of knives it WAS the Civiv Elementum's closest competition, until the revelation of Artisan Cutlery/CJRB not doing their proper reasearch on their own propietry steel. I will continue to recommend picking one up. They are still excellent and as mentioned before if you can find one with a more premium steel, you just can't go wrong. You might be surprised at how much you find yourself reaching for it.

Love it!
Beautiful knife! Love the color contrast of the handle and the blade. Came very sharp, good weight to it, a bit heavier than most but feels great in the hand.
