This ear wax removal tool kit is just amazing. The initial presentation of the tool and all the replacement heads it comes with are a must have. It makes it to where you can use the camera tool over and over again. While the plastic does feel thin and somewhat questionable on durability, it is easy to use because of its lightweight nature. Cleaning your ears because a walk in the breeze, but of course don’t remove too much wax unless you are in pain. Wax is after all a natural barrier protecting the ear. The battery life on the tool is sufficient to clean both sides and I find the app usability to be great. While it does sporadically have connectivity issues, I think the camera quality outweighs any small issues with this product. You can even get close ups on cherry angiomas. Very cool gadget, especially for the price.

It’s cool . The price point is good . Easy to sync. The app is easy . I couldn’t figure out how to change the bits though . It wasn’t shown in the manual and customer service never emailed back . Could be me making it harder than what it is . Who knows . I’m big on customer service at any rate and have bits I can’t use . Reason for 4 stars. I won’t be returning it but at this point I’m not getting the full experience either . ETA: I finally reached customer service and the attachments aren’t for the tool itself . They are for my independent use outside of the tool . I’m just now removing the wax from my ear after months . It was so impacted it’s taken some work . What I think helped soften it was a 30 minute steam shower with a eucalyptus bomb . I believe that combo softened the wax so that I could scoop it .

I've recently purchased JEGOAT earwax remover, and I’m genuinely impressed with how well it works! The built-in camera truly is a game changer, as it gives a clear view inside the ear. The app doesn’t stay connected to the tool the first time it’s connected upon reconnecting it stays connected to the tool. Every single time it does this. It’ll connect then freeze then disconnect then I have to reconnect and it’s fine. I like the tool itself however I wish the light worked without the app being connected. When cleaning my husbands ears the camera isn’t really needed as I don’t go to the ear drum I just get the wax out that is in the canal that I can visibly see… It’s a good tool…the end is metal and ours isn’t the smoothest edge…I took a metal file to it to smooth it out better as it was ripping the silicone covers with just putting them on… Besides that it does what it should. I like the added extra tools it comes with. We haven’t used them on humans but they helped me clean my dogs ears recently as she had a lot of gunk in one (she had ear mites we found at the vets and we used the tool to clean the gunk out after treating her for the mites)…they worked great to do that. And due to the metal they are I trust that when I sterilize them they will truly be clean. It’s part of why I went with this tool. The metal is able to be cleaned and sanitized fully which makes me feel much more comfortable to use it in case someone has an infection or something we aren’t spreading bacteria ect…

Nah — just scoop wax together Cons: • Now my partner expects me to listen better too… Still, easily the best purchase I’ve made in years. I like the ease of use of this And it works for its purpose, i think any of my issues are user. Error because personally, I kind of struggle to use it. But i'm inept sometimes
