When it gets dull with time or overuse,How do you sharpen it ?

I sharpen it with wetstones. I use a KING kds 1000/6000, very good stone. 1000 resharpens, 6000 polish. If the blade is too dull, you can begin with a 400 grit, and then jump to 1000

So the knife has a non stick coating? Is this something that will wear off during use?

The blade adopts sanding craftmanship to create a physical coating to avoid food sticking on the blade. Since it is the physical layer instead of chemical coating, it is more safer and free of worry of chemical material weraing off during using.

What is the cutting angle of the blade edge?

Hey Paul, the factory angle is listed as 22-25 degrees. I can’t recommend this knife highly enough.
