Love these so much! They actually stay warm for 8 hours and provide enough heat to help keep my muscles loose enough while I'm moving around at work. I have an autoimmune disease and fibromyalgia, so all my muscles and joints pretty much always hurt. I find this form of the Thermacare heat wrap products is most versatile and stays in place well, I use them mainly along my back, neck, and shoulders (also the neck and back ones are great; the joint ones don't stay in place as well for me; all have adhesive except the back ones which have a velcro-type attachment). I find I often can even reposition them a couple times before the stickiness stops sticking well.

Therma care products are so great. They may cost a little bit more than others but they are worth it. They stay very warm a long time. The adhesive part stays on. I highly recommend all of their products

These ThermaCare heating pads work exceptionally well. They heat up quickly, stay warm for hours, and deliver steady, focused relief right where you place them. I’ve used them for general muscle tightness and lingering aches, and the deep, consistent heat makes a noticeable difference every time. They’re thin and discreet enough to wear under clothing, which makes them practical for work or travel. No batteries, no cords. One just has to attach the wrap and let it do its job. The air-activated cells stay reliable from start to finish, with no cold spots or uneven heating. For muscle discomfort, tension, or simple day-to-day soreness, these pads are a dependable option. Effective, easy to use, and genuinely therapeutic.

I've used several of the ThermaCare heating pads, in different sizes. This one didn't disappoint, although the heat doesn't last as long as other TC products (8 hours is about it, as noted on the box). They are easy to apply, stay in place, and the skin area heats up fast, providing quick relief. Have noticed some inconsistencies, though, in the product. One in the box works well, another doesn't heat up as well or last as long. They're not cheap, though, especially if you use them nightly, as I have to at times. No problem wearing them while sleeping, although with repeated use my skin gets itchy from the adhesive. Easy to live with that given reducing pain!

This is a repurchase! Great for when my back acts up or neck gets too stiff. I love that this just sticks on and I can still go about my day.
