NEENCA Professional Knee Brace, Hinged Knee Support for Women & Men Relief

I really could not be more happy with this brace. I have a severe meniscus tear, and needed something to really stabilize my entire knee area. I tried a number of braces before getting this one, and all of them were much more expensive. The other braces did not work well for me. They were either too flimsy or fell down on my leg, some even hurt which is something I definitely do not need. I really like that this is a sleeve you pull on. Yes, you need to take the time to measure to get an accurate fit, but the payoff is that you don’t have velcro straps going around your leg. The velcro straps on the other braces caused constant irritation. Even when the velcro was not hitting my skin, I got irritation from the strap. I had an intense itching rash from one brace with straps. So this sleeve that you pull up eliminates all of that because the only thing touching your skin is the sleeve. This brace fits well on me and is comfortable, and does not slide down my leg when walking. The brace provides a great deal of stability in the joint. I can maneuver easily in it without fear of hurting myself. The hinges on the side are well made and move easily. It is made out of quality material and the velcro seems medical grade. It will clearly last a very long time. It is also easy to adjust it if you need to using the velcro. I would suggest getting it a little larger size if you are on the cusp of sizes. Additionally, I emailed customer support with a bunch of questionsI had. They got back to me quickly and went over things well so that I had a better understanding of using it etc. So there is also really solid customer support if you need it. Overall I am so happy I found this brace. It is working so well for me, and the braces I tried before this one were two to three times as much as this one. This is an excellent brace and an amazing price!

THIS BRACE WILL DIMINISH YOUR PAIN BECAUSE IT Is DESIGNED TO AFFECT ALL THE LIGAMENTS AND THE KNEE AS WHOLE. . IT DIMINISHES PAIN FOR A VARIETY REASONS. CAN BE ALSO BE USED FOR ACL, PCL, AND MENISCUS PROBLEMS/TEARS. THAT COVERS A LOT. THE DESIGN IS MEANT TO SUPPORT YOU WHEN YOU AMBULATE, AND THE METAL UPRIGHTS DONT INTERFERE WITH THAT. STRUCTURALLY, THIS BRACE IS EXCELLENT. IT CAN BE WORN EVEN WHEN SITTING IN A CHAIR OR WHEELCHAIR. I WOULD RECOMMEND CONSULTING YOUR MD OR PT. THE BEST PART IS THAT THE PRICE IS EXTREMELY REASONABLE FOR THE BRACE AND SUPPORT IT GIVES ALLOWING YOU TO HEAL. MANY INSURANCES DO NOT COVER/OR ONLY PARTIALLY COVERS THE COST OF A CUSTOM MADE BRACE. I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT, AND I WILL RECOMMEND IT TO THE APPROPRIATE PATIENTS, AND FOR THOSE WHO’S INSURANCE WILL NOT COVER A CUSTOM BRACE THAT THEY CANNOT AFFORD. I TRULY FEEL THIS IS AS CLOSE TO A CUSTOM BRACE THAT YOU WILL FIND. THE DESIGN, THE SOLID CONSTRUCTIONS, THE PROFESSIONAL VELCRO, THE BRACE IS NOT BULKY, HELPS ALL ASPECTS OF THE KNEE, IS SUPER CHEAP COMPARED TO THE COST OF A CUSTOM BRACE. This is a great and effective brace, better than expected and highly recommended. After 15-18 hours of wear, the behind-the-knee comfort is not lost with the thoughtful construction and fabric placement. Right knee history: injury 1981 (ending my professional basketball prospects at age 11). Surgery 1984 and 1988. Chronic medial knee pain with periods of time with no pain. Last week, age 55, the pain returned with a vengeance, I could barely walk. Apply this brace and I’m fully ambulatory. This brace is easy-on with little handles on both sides at the top. See photo. There is no easy-off. Yes, I’m deducting a star for this. I need assistance taking it off.

I love this brace. In addition to having bone-on-bone Osteoarthritis, I also tore the Meniscus on my left knee. I have a different, more complex brace to wear when I go outside (I use a wheelchair mostly), but when I am home, I prefer a less cumbersome brace. Most braces do not support my knee well enough to control the pain. I finally bought this knee brace, and I now I have a winner. Throughout the day, I may sit in a regular chair or I may have to recline on my bed, because of disability. This brace allows me to keep it on even when I am reclining on the bed. It is comfortable no matter where I sit or if I am doing "furniture walking" in the apartment. Other braces did not have enough support, but this one has a lot of support. With other braces, the velcro began to NOT stick much too quickly. This brace seems to have medical-grade velcro, which is much stronger and usually lasts much longer than retail-grade aka sports-grade velcro. The only thing with the stronger velcro is that it takes a while to learn how to use it without irritating the skin on your fingers. It helps to not pull at it with the tips of the fingers. I've learned to sort of use the sides of my fingers, and that lessens the strain on my fingers. I like that there is a double strap on the top and on the bottom, allowing me to tighten (or loosen) the brace as much as I need. My only caution is choosing the size. I measured my thigh as they said to do, and my measurement was right at the border of 2 different sizes; the max on one size and the least on the next size. Since I read one reviewer say the brace was too big for her, I decided to buy the smaller of the 2 choices. Well, it turned out to be way too small for me, not even getting over my knee! I finally reached out to the seller, even though I thought I had waited too long (busy with treatments for breast cancer & other health issues), It was the last date they allowed for returns, and it was late at night. I decided to try anyway. I sent them an email, explaining the situation. The next morning, A Saturday, they responded & said they would be sending out the larger size immediately, which they did. I had it Monday morning! The larger brace fit me fine. I wanted to wait a while before doing a review. I wanted to have time to use the brace for a while, to see how good a job it does and to see if the fabric & side hinges felt sturdy. After wearing it every day for a few weeks, I have to say I am very satisfied with it. It does not irritate my skin at any point, & the hinges feel strong and are supportive. The knee cushion is very protective, too.

They run small even with the measuring guide that they have they run small make sure you get a larger size than you would think of Getting. I had to return it. They gave me the return slip quickly and I’m ordering another one. They’re made very good and when I did put it on, it was comfortable, except for the fact it was too tight on the top of my leg.

It took me 3 orders before I got the right model & size that being said the HXO43 doesn’t have the x strap and the sizing is different then the HXO35 that does have the X straps and it’s and for the first time in 2 weeks I was pain free for my 2 mile walk this morning. Hopefully I can start running in the next week or two. The HXO35 is a amazing knee brace for me and the Neenca brace has done what other knee braces could not do.👍👍👍👍👍

This is by far the best brace I've ever had. I'm preparing for 2 knee replacements, so no brace is going to eliminate the pain, but this brace is beefy and sturdy and does a fantastic job of giving my knee some legit support. I 100% recommend this for anyone needing a real knee brace.

So far, I really like it.. I knew what I was looking for; my mom has a variation of this same design.. It's definitely important to get the knee-donut directly over the knee-cap, then the expected comfort snaps in place. It definitely restricts my movement in the ways I need it to, but again, it requires precise placement for the full effect. I wear some performance synthetic knit-style underwear so I can slide it on easier, and hopefully don't have to hand-wash this brace as frequently. The sizing seems pretty accurate. I hover between a medium and large, and my rough-estimate measurement based on their guide was pretty spot on.. without any strapping, it's a snug fit, but like a motorcycle helmet, that's generally what you're looking for.. but if you're borderline, head for the next size up. There's room for snugging things up because of their two-layer Velcro system.
