Quite useful for the purpose it's intended. Rather light and fragile worth plastic buttons which operate the functions. Also small which is swallowed by your adult hands. Although a gift I personally wouldn't purchase this as it feels to feable. Technically it is good. Has many set folders to store recordings. Quality is surprisingly impressive. There is a supportive app to download which offload your recordings in the grouped folders. Not bad but the weight and build quality is of putting. I'd use my mobile phone - Philips dictating app

I was a bit concerned about ordering this given some of the reviews regarding sound quality. I received mine today.The product was delivered on time, well packaged and as described. It's a lovely portable size, easy to set up; I managed to do this without referring to the instructions which you can find online. The audio quality is excellent; background noise isn't an issue and conversation is rich sounding and very clear. I have MAC's of various forms, no windows machines and this is one of the reasons I purchased this item (it's MAC compatible). You can either play your recording back via the device itself, or connect it to your machine with the USB cable supplied in the box. Batteries are also supplied which is handy. All in all very happy with this purchase; highly recommend the product and seller.

Does what it says on the box, but not in style, and not a patch on my Panasonic (and much more expensive) voice recorder

Great little recorder easy to use, improved quality of sound to earlier models - one down side it does take ordinary batteries and rechargeable ones but the rechargeable batteries do not recharge as you connect to your computer to transfer files - you have to take the batteries out and recharge in a recharging unit. (This is because it takes both types of batteries and it is a safety feature to stop you trying to recharge ordinary batteries and start a fire)

really sensitive, picks up every sound but seems to store them anywhere and you have to find them, Could be me, not really a tech guy

I would like to write a review, but I have one huge issue with this recorder in that I find it difficult to switch on! I know it's working, because sometimes it comes on after many attempts. Is there, perhaps, a secret knack that has passed me by?On the one or two occasions I have used it, when it's let me, I found it clear and easy to use.
