They absolutely do work in the Nespresso Professional machine and we're glad to have found an alternative supplier. In this pod the taste is very bitter, it seems like the 9/10 rating is for bitterness not strength.

Good Coffee at a good price
My company is cutting back and only offers lungo or Defa Nespresso Pad. This was a great alternative and the coffee is good especially if you take a small cup espresso as it is meant to be.For the newer machines that recognize the capsule this pad DOES NOT WORK, hence the 4 stars.Never the less, I found a work around by cutting out an original capsule and inserting it at the same time as this pad. I basically trick the machine in thinking that the pad is original.
