K9 Sport Sack Air 2 - Large, Summer Mint

My puppers loves it and fits into it comfortably. Nice and stable for when we are out riding the motorcycles. Pockets are nice for our water jugs and didn’t lose them while riding. Folds up nice for easy storage in the saddlebags. The padding in the bottom is great for her to be comfortable.

This is literally the most amazing product ever! I have 3 other carriers and a stroller for my 12 pound passenger princess and this is my go to as in I keep it in the car and never go anywhere without it. Need to run into the store quick but have the passenger princess in tow? No worries, toss her in the sack and in you go. This works on every store everywhere that does not allow dogs, if the employees notice, they’re too taken aback by the adorably cute doggo strapped to your back to care - I’ve literally had employees want to pet my dog in a no dogs store. The main thing that makes this my favorite carrier is that it evenly distributes the weight and the dog leans into your back so there’s no added intermittent weight from a booty shift and wiggle even when hiking 5+ miles. I will not hesitate to purchase again should anything ever happen to the current one but it seems incredibly well made. With all this said, I feel it’s also worth noting that my passenger princess loves to be carried, held, or pushed in a stroller as in god may strike her dead if her dainty little hands aka paws ever touch the desolate earth, so if your dog is not a fan of being held this would probably not be the best to start with as it is very form fitting to the dog and human alike…but if you have a Velcro fur baby I simply cannot recommend this enough as in an infinite amount of stars - and no, I did not receive anything for this review, it really is just this amazing!

We needed a slightly larger one, but needed overnight delivery and size M was the only size that was able to deliver overnight. We ordered size M anyway and it worked fine for the occasion, but wished we could've selected a size L overnight. This product came in good condition and help our 25 lbs 2y old Corgi through rough terrain hike at Nambe Falls, NM. It fits her real snug. She didn't cry or show any signs of discomfort. Although, she can use a little more room around her upper shoulders. She is full grown and we will continue to use it as much as we can.

I bought this pack so my dog could go with me on the jet ski. Mission accomplished! It is great quality, easy to use, and comfy for my pup. 10/10 would recommend.

I have a 8-9 lb maltipoo she gets hot and tired quickly on hikes and this comes in handy. I’m also one of those people that wants to take my dog everywhere and sometimes if it’s somewhere I probably shouldn’t take her, putting her in the backpack gets her in. Highly recommend. Also whenever I bring her in the backpack everyone asks about it and says they are going to buy one bc she looks so comfy

I wasn't so sure this was going to work for our 18-lb blue heeler mix, but it works like a dream! Our dog is very active and likes to join us on backpacking trips, hikes, bike rides, and gravel bike rides. Problem is that we usually want to go a bit faster and longer than we think is good for her. She keeps up, but sometimes has sore paws the next day. Enter: K9 Sport Sack! As we hoped, the bag is perfect for when we're on the trail and have gone a little far out and are starting to see our pup slowing down. She is totally fine getting in the pack, which we thought would be a struggle given her serious reluctance to otherwise be in enclosed spaces or confined in any way. We followed the instructions (lots of treats and praise the first time in the pack + a walk so she could see that the pack signaled more together outside time) and she was totally happy to get in the pack - no struggle whatsoever. We were pleasantly surprised! We got the light grey color so that it would retain less heat when out and about. I think on really hot days you could get a very small cold pack, wrap it in a towel and place it in with your pup to cool them down as-needed. However, we haven't needed to do that yet on 80+ degree days. I think it would be a different story if it were hotter, we were in direct sun, or using it for more than about 30 mins at a time. The straps work well, and the material is great quality. The folks at K9 Sport Sack really thought through every element of the design from both the dog's and human's perspective. It's easy to get the pup in, and they will love to feel the wind in their fur, smell the delights of the trail, and feel secure riding on your back. Highly recommend!

I received it today and tried it out on a five mile walk with the new puppy. All in all I like the concept and the dog seemed pretty secure. I ordered a size up, knowing the pup will grow fast. I cut a couple styrofoam pads in the bottom to help with fit. The pup did great, no squirming or whining. She just chilled the whole time. There are a few issues, first is the buckle on the chest strap. First time I tried to buckle it, it broke. The buckle appears pretty cheap. The second, knowing the pup will outgrow this quickly I went with the mid-grade one. The pup is 13 pounds now, once she hits the 20 pound mark the shoulder straps will dig in too much to be comfortable. The third, every mile I had to tighten up the main straps, the ones adjusting the height it rode. At one point I lost 3” of strap. I thought I might return it but knowing my pup will out grow it soon I’ll just hang onto it.

I bought the large size for my 30 lb duck toller because she won’t stay in the bike trailer with our daughter. I was apprehensive about getting her into it and developing a negative association, but the design is really very nice. We gave her a ton of treats and she doesn’t seem to mind it at all. Once we are on the bike, she’s basically standing on my back and seems like she would be comfortable for some time. Standing straight up is a bit more of an awkward position for her. My only complaint is that the “backpack” seems to be designed for smaller people and the straps fit me awkwardly. Overall, it seems robust and well constructed. An added bonus is nearly everyone we ride by cracks up.

This is great. The step by step instructions were easy to follow and worked the first time. Great for travelling in ferries and walking through country markets where small dogs feel like they are going to be trodden on. Quality is great and he feels very secure especially with the back supporting straps.

The rucksack is okay but please be absolutely sure you know what size you need as for some reason you can’t return this item. Very, very poor Amazon, I will now rethink my future purchases.

Creo que ha sido el mejor regalo que le he podido hacer a mi mascota, la usé un par de veces para que se familiarizara con la mochila y le han encantado los paseos. La mochila cuenta con costuras muy resistentes y las cintas de amarre son ajustables para el cuerpo del perrito; para mayor seguridad he visto los videos recomendados de su uso. Así la uso frecuentemente para pasear a mi perro (schnauzer mediano de 11 kg aprox.) en bicicleta ya que todas las medidas de ajuste permiten una buena estabilidad a pesar del movimiento. Tal vez el único detalle es que el espacio de la mochila viene reducido a la imagen de ventas, tanto así que en esta versión de mochila se vuelve difícil cargar algo más que la mascota. Definitivamente es un buen producto que vale la pena por aquellos paseos largos, en bici, en moto o incluso para ayudar a un perrito que no pueda caminar.
