I have 2 of these melters. 1 of them leaked from the bottom, I contacted TOAUTO directly and they sent me a new melter. They were easy to work with and Melina kept me informed on everything that was going on. The new one is working fantastic. The melters make batch making candles and wax melts a breeze. You need to watch the temps as the dials are not that accurate but with a bit of tuning from you, you can set the temp you need. They are worth getting if you are going to be making candles and wax melts in bigger batches.

Updates to 5 stars: I contacted customer service and they quickly sent a new unit which arrived in perfect condition. They were super responsive. Great company. Great product. The melter arrived severely dented. It is also leaking from the spout connection. Unfortunately, I opened it for the first time after the return window closed. A lesson for us all to check the items immediately upon receipt. Maybe the seller will be super awesome and exchange it for us. Other than that, the melter itself is very cool. I would definitely give it 5 stars if it had arrived in better condition without the leak.

Great pot and a great value but I have found that the temperature dial is not always what the actual temp is even after letting it heat and cool for awhile. Customer service reached out and offered to replace but I use a thermometer when pouring so it’s not a huge deal. They gave me a partial refund for the inconvenience. Great customer service!
