Worked on paving & render
Brilliant. I had a lot of black spot on my Indian Sandstone paving. I’d pressure washed & sealed in the past so was doubtful it would work. Amazingly, it cleared the lot looks so much better. We also had black fungus streaks on the render on the house so we did a test patch & again it got rid of it all. The front of the house looks fab again. Expensive but worth the money all day long.

When you use the product where gloves & face mask
Amazing product! It works very fast and did an excellent job removing black spots and marks from my natural stone patio. The results were impressive, and the surface looks so much cleaner and brighter. Very effective and easy to use. I would definitely recommend this product! 👌✨

Works well
Does what it should and it cleaned the Indian sandstone perfectly. Easy to use when combined with a sprayer. Despite this, it is very expensive and it does not go very far.

Works well
By far the best and easiest black stain remover on my porcelain tiles from lime sap. I sprayed it on ( with gloves) briefly using a scrubbing brush. Then hosed it. Even the builders asked what I had used. I have a bad back and it was much quicker then I thought it would be. Stains starting lifting in 5 minutes with the brush. I didn’t have to jet wash. Previously other products and jet washing had failed to get as good a result.

Good product - leaves tiles looking new!
Works well, but you need quite a lot. (I used a 4L bottle for around 15-20sqm and will need another to finish the patio.)Easy application using spray hose - takes about 2 hrs to work before pressure washing. I kept topping up heavily stained parts during this time which were drying out quickly. Will need a second application in places to remove heavy markings. The smell is quite strong but dissipates overnight, and it will bleach your clothes and some grass alongside paths so don’t do it in your nice jeans! I think it’s the same chemical formula as bleach, just a lot stronger. Oh, and as someone else mentioned - remember to remove your shoes to avoid bleaching your carpets and floors !

Good product but doesn’t go very far
Patio was not good to start with. Patches of black spot all over it. Must admit it did a very good job. But used whole container on small patio. Need to do it again. So would recommend it but it doesn’t go far

Amazing product.
Absolutely incredible result. My 17 year old patio was covered in black spots and grimeI have pressure washed if every year but that does not remove black spot. After using Black Spot remover it is almost back to how it was after it was laid. It is so easy to apply with amazing results. It is expensive, I need 3 x 4 litres as it is 40 square metres but it was definitely worth the cost.
