Was recommended by a friend. I suffer from PMDD and it was getting bad. I take this the week before and during, and it has made a noticeable difference in only two months. ALL my symptoms are lessened or gone completely - I feel less anxious and irritable, am just tired instead of completely fatigued, and my cramps and headaches are better. I plan to stick with this!

I am taking Vitex, along with Shatavari, to help with ongoing menopausal problems (hot flashing) which I have had for about 10 years. While I am not entirely relieved of these symptoms, it has been a big help and I can sleep through the night now.

Great hormonal support especially for peri-menopausal women, as well as those with excess estrogen in their bodies. Worth the price.

This product contains ingredients that are derived from foods that I am allergic to. Things like silicone dioxide that are used as preservatives are most times derived from corn which I am very allergic too.
