Totally impressed!
I have had dry eye syndrome from medication and hormonal changes since 2008, and these self-heating masks work better than any eye drops or warm wash cloths I have ever tried. I’m totally impressed! My worst time for dry, crusty, painful, itchy, red eyes is first thing in the morning. I used my first mask at 5 a.m. this morning. I chose unscented because I tend to be highly sensitive to fragrances. Fortunately, there’s no strange odor from manufacturing either. The mask was easy to put on and comfortable to wear. The material is soft and dry when you put it on. It quickly warmed to a comfortable temperature. The warmth was soothing, so much so that I fell back asleep with it on! When I woke up again, the mask was still in place. After I took it off, my eyelids were moist, and my eyes felt better. Even my under eye puffiness was improved. They have been about 85% less crusty, red, itchy and painful all day, nearly 12 hours later as I write this. I expect more improvement the longer I use them. I can’t wait to see my ophthalmologist next time and ask if he can see the improvement I feel. I highly recommend these masks. UPDATE 6/17/26 I have been using these masks for 1 month. I recently skipped a few days, and the dryness, crustiness, itching and weeping came back. I had forgotten just how bad it was before I started using these masks. I still use one around 5 a.m. every day and what a relief! I absolutely endorse this product.

Steam eye masks
These self‑heating eye masks are an instant relief ritual. They warm up gently within seconds and stay consistently warm without ever feeling too hot or irritating. The unscented design is perfect if you’re sensitive to fragrance or just want pure, simple comfort. • Dry eyes feel noticeably soothed after one use, especially at night or after long screen time. • Puffiness and dark‑circle tension ease as the warmth relaxes the muscles around the eyes. • Stress and eye fatigue melt away—these are ideal for winding down before bed or during a quick reset break. • Disposable and hygienic, each mask fits comfortably and stays in place without slipping. They deliver exactly what they promise: steady warmth, instant relaxation, and a softer, refreshed eye area without any mess or irritation. A great value for the quantity, and a staple for anyone who wants quick, reliable relief.

Great product without the hassle of having to clean afterwards.
These provide nice warmth and a light amount of humidity. They are helpful if you have dry eye. I found them to be relaxing & enjoyed using them. I even slept with them on. They are also useful for blocking out the light.

Works to temporarily warm and wet eyes
These disposable steam eye masks work to create warmth that which is supposed to help dry eyes to moisturize. You keep them on for half an hour and throw it out when you’re done. They do not re-heat. They also eventually expire; I thought I could use a few I had left from one year ago but they don’t heat up. I do a lot of up close work and my eyes get really dry and I’m prone to blepharitis so my eye professional recommended these. I don’t think they have more than a temporary effect. The price point is all over the place. Shop around, I wouldn’t pay more than about fifty cents each. One star off bec the box of eye patches arrived completely smashed and at first I thought to blame shipping them in a paper envelope shipper but it was also covered in dust so now I’m guessing they’ve been laying around a while. Irksome. They worked fine but I had to find another storage box for them. I bought unscented bec I have tried the lavender and rose scented versions and they flat out stink of a chemical fake scent. And then I couldn’t get the smell off my face until I showered. If you desire a scent while relaxing with these on your eyes, maybe try some of your own essential oils on the outer edges of the front of the mask or on your temples. Avoid the fake stuff. They do make my eyes wet, so I wouldn’t use these with eye makeup on.

Addictive!
I tried self heating eye masks because my eye Dr recommended warm compresses for dry eye. They do make my eyes feel better and improve the dry eye situation but a couple of weeks after I got them I developed a cold or allergies and found them to be great at relieving sinus pressure. They also help you to relax and fall asleep faster. The masks are easy to use and don’t leave you wet, like a warm damp cloth does. They also stay warm for close to an hour and stay in place on your eyes without putting any pressure on them. I quickly became a fan and shared them with friends and family, who also became addicted. The masks are unscented.

Heated eye masks create soothing relief for tired, achy eyes
My sister-in-law introduced me to these eye masks and I’ve become a huge fan. When you open the separately packaged masks, they begin to get warm and in five minutes have heated up to 115 degrees. They stay heated for about 30 minutes and then they begin to slowly return to room temperature. The masks are held in place by strips that fit over your ears. After spending hours reading or in front of a laptop screen, they are the most soothing thing I’ve tried to relieve dry, achy eyes (and they’re prescription and medicine free). I’ve even worn them to go to sleep. The package states that they help with wrinkles and dark circles, although I haven’t noticed these effects. No matter, they are a welcome product to relieve tired eyes. Forty-eight masks come in a box.

Very hot eye masks
These eye masks are OK. I purchased them after I purchased a different brand on Amazon thinking they would be the same. The quality is not as good as the other brand and they get just a little bit too hot. I would not dare fall asleep with these on and instead, I have to take them off every couple minutes to let my eyes cool and then I can put them back on. They have helped my dry eyes, but I would purchase the other brand next time. The fabric is ok, but again not as nice as a competitor. They fit well and have no odor. They are cheaper than the others as well.

Great for the money
I’ve been using this eye mask in my spa sessions, and it’s a solid product overall. The mask stays warm for about 30 minutes, which is just the right amount of time for a relaxing treatment. The heat gets nice and warm, and it definitely provides a soothing steam for your eyes, which is great for relieving tension and promoting relaxation. One thing I really like is the fit—it seems to work well for most people, as it comfortably sits around the ears without being too tight or too loose. It’s easy to adjust, and the warmth combined with the steam helps create a spa-like experience at home. That being said, the warmth does wear off after about half an hour, so if you're looking for something that stays heated for longer, this may not be ideal. But for a short, calming session, it does the job. Overall, this eye mask does what it promises. It’s a good option for those looking for a quick and effective way to relax their eyes and relieve tension, but it’s not meant for extended use. Would recommend for anyone wanting a quick, soothing experience. The price is great too.
