Okay, I didn't know what to expect. I opened it, and was reminded of molasses in both smell and texture. Probably thicker than molasses. Once you dip the popsicle stick in, give it a quick twirl, and watch beautiful strings like spaghetti get pulled up. Dipped in my coffee this morning, with creamer and Splenda didn't taste bitter at all. Actually quite pleasant. Oh, but the effects. Today, at work, I was a superstar. Usually, it takes me a while to pep up. Not today! I was getting stuff done, making it happen, happy AF doing it. I only feel jealous that this has been around this long and I just discovered it. Life changing.

Energy
Gives me good energy, seems to work great. The taste is not good, but I mix it with a lemon in hot water and Celtic Salt. I have ordered this several times now.

What in the World?!!
Let me share with you what it's like after taking it 4 days! I'm 55 and haven't been working out as much as I used to. Found this product recommended by Dr. Barbara O'Neil. Today is day 4 and after taking a pea size of it, I took my dog for a 1.5 mile walk. After that, I did an hour workout with weights, then it was time to make dinner. I noticed my puff pastry had bio-engineered ingredients, so I decided to make it from scratch. After whipping that out, and while dinner was cooking, I went on my rebounder for 30 minutes! I have never gone on it much more than 2-5 minutes. I am feeling great! I will say, I wash down the spoonful with a small glass of orange juice that has a huge chunk of ginger and turmeric blended into it. I FEEL SO ALIVE! I also am not feeling very hungry either. I will update this with any progress I make continuing forward. So far, this is my favorite supplement in my health care routine! LOVE THIS! The taste of the product reminds me of smoked molasses, or dark, bitter coffee. Kind of addicting!

too gluey
I have tried many jars of shlajit and I have never had one this gummy.. not sure if that is a good thing or not but I know I dont like it. it's like hot glue... it's so thick and dries up easily. would like to send it back but prob cant.
