A good, budget friendly smoker/grill. Only issue is that the middle section was slightly out of round and prevents the section latches from fully securing (with the lockdown snap-down). It does grab enough without locking that I can carry the unit by the handles if I am careful. I did use a loop to try and reshape the hoop section and it did improve some, but is still slightly out of round. Works fine as a grill; did not use as a smoker yet, I don't expect to have a problem.

Very nicely made. Was a little caved in on one side but it popped out the first time the grill was heated up. Like the ability to cook in layers.

If you like to water smoke meats this worked perfectly. Priced well, arrived on time, easy to assemble. I really like that it's multi-functional .

Panels don't like up and there's gaps everywhere. Struggles to hold heat and everything is constantly needing to get re tightened

The smoker works exactly as advertised, although it did take a bit of work to get it assembled. During assembly I noticed that it's possible to hook up the doors in a way that will leave a big air gap next to the hinge, so read the instructions carefully and put the doors on correctly. Now, an upright cylinder smoker is not an easy tool to use, and I'm still learning, but I can confidently say that unless you're familiar with these, you won't be making perfect briskets on your first go. This isn't the fault of the device, but it's worth pointing out. The thermometer is, as the kids say, "suss." I don't trust it. After the first run the needle never dropped back below 150F. I bought another thermometer to put INSIDE the smoker, and the two of them do sometimes agree, but not always. The tools, however, were a joke. I handed them to my 22yo son for his opinion, and his response was "I hope these were free, because they're garbage." They went straight into the recycling bin. I'm reasonably handy, but there was nothing on those tools that was worth keeping.

Awesome product for the price. We cooked our first meal and it was great. My husband was able to assemble it quickly with no issues.

It is what it is! Its a small cheap unit. I've smoked some incredible food on it so far but keeping it up to temp is difficult

I’ve only used this grill once, but I am very happy with it so far. **Assembly** If you’re generally good at assembling things, it’s easy to put together. Be sure to have your own Phillips screwdriver handy; all the other components are included and well-packaged. It took me less than an hour, and I actually had fun putting it together. I used it once to cook chicken and vegetables on the grill (not in the smoker), and it worked great. I recommend using a chimney starter, as it’s a quick and effective way to heat up the charcoal. If you want a top-of-the-line smoker, then you should invest in a more expensive option. However, if you're on a budget, this is an excellent choice. I purchased it after experiencing a 98-hour power outage that left us without the ability to cook for a week. Having this grill gives me peace of mind that I can feed my family, even during prolonged outages. **Pros** - It’s lightweight and easy to carry, making it highly portable. I could take it camping or store it indoors during the winter. **Cons** - The temperature gauge doesn’t work at all. I plan to contact the company to see if I can get a replacement gauge.
