I bought this Prasio paint by number kit and had a great time working on it. It’s a fun activity to relax with, and I like that it gives you the satisfaction of creating a finished painting without needing to be an experienced artist. The canvas, paints, and brushes were all included, and the numbers were easy enough to follow. The colors are pretty and the finished picture turned out better than I expected. It’s a great way to unwind, spend some quiet time, or work on a hobby. My only suggestion is to take your time and use a smaller brush for the tiny details because some areas require a little patience. Overall, a fun and enjoyable kit that makes a great gift or a relaxing project for yourself.

Brilliant colors and beautiful design. The paint consistency is not uniform therefore you will need to apply a couple of coats on some of the numbers. Also to give dimension, the painter will need to load the paint brush and sometimes do some blending into the next number so it looks seamless and not flat. The design gives a good start but the artist needs to add their creativity. The size will require a special size frame but well worth it.

The picture I was hoping to paint is very beautiful. But the paints are nearly all transparent and do not cover the lines at all. It was a pain in the neck and needed so much paint. After I tested most of the paints and realize they were mostly transparent I literally threw it in the trash. Also, the image requires a lot of itty bitty areas to color. If you are a novice at paint by number it will be very difficult. Start with something easier.

Excellent Product

I do a lot of paint by number canvass’s. This is a favorite for sure! The paint pots were fresh— creamy paints. That makes a huge difference! I did do a lot more detail work, especially the ocean. That’s the beauty of PBN — you can add more detail or color or blend colors if you want to try your artistic skills. Or, simply paint it as is. Some of the numbers on the canvas are tiny. But that is how it is with all PBN. Also, the paint is thin so the whites and the Light colors need double coats of paint. The paint colors are true to the photo. I had plenty of paint left over. And, I lay the paint on Thick! I was completely frustrated with the easel that came with the kit. I didn’t use it and it does go together. Although you must study the pic like a detective. It’s flimsy. I’m really happy with this project and love looking at my art work. I will order again. PS I recommend buying the framed canvas— one less headache in your world and worth the extra money. Enjoy. Happy Painting ‼️
