we just came from my camping trip out in the wilderness. I did not see any difference. Good or bad. They just seem not to work well on us.

Whether these work for you might depend on whether you've found citronella to work in repelling the mosquitoes in your area. I've read that there are several different species of mosquito, but only SOME are repelled by citronella. Most aren't. Whether these stickers work might also depend on how hungry the mosquitos are--and how much of a mosquito magnet you are. Mosquitos LOVE me. I put a fresh sticker on my sleeve and saw a mosquito land on my skin about an inch away from the sticker. However, it was a large mosquito and probably extra hungry. I don't think I've gotten bitten by as many mosquitos when I'm wearing fresh stickers, so it's POSSIBLE that the scent MIGHT chase away the smaller, less hungry ones, but it's hard to know for sure. I can see wearing these IN ADDITION to other repellants, but for me these stickers alone WON'T PROTECT ME from getting bit. However, I like the concept of having the repellant on stickers instead of having to rub it on my skin. The stickers adhere well, but haven't damaged my clothing. If I forget to remove them, they don't cause a problem in the wash.

Tried 1 patch behind my shoulder while smallmouth fishing. A hatch of a million or so were flying in a cloud all around me, as I walked away the hatch stayed about 2 feet away from me. Not 1 came to fly in my ears or nose. Greatly appreciated. Worked beyond my expectations.

Since my wife and I started using these bugMD stickers, on our hikes and MTB bike rides, in the woods, we have had no more mosquito bites. Highly recommend!

The mosquito patches seem to work fine. I used them at an outdoor cookout. I came home with one or two bites instead of several as has been the case.

Another line of defense. Can't seem to find the ticks but they always seem to appear. Nothing work's 100% so this is one more helpful step. And you don't have to stay and or smell.
