Hi, This is Dawn, I ordered golf ball retriever September 2025. I used 3 or 4 times . I was very happy to get longerst retriever. But it is stuck I can’t make a long. Front desk everybody tried make Lou’s cannot do it. Is there anyway I can return this send it to me new one please.

Well made with a nice grip. I got the 15', could have gone shorter... as it's very long. Longer than I would conceivably use or be able to see in the water. Shorter may have been lighter, but I am happy with the functionality of the locking extensions. I got the blue head to match a golf bag. Highly recommend.

Nicely built with aluminum so rust is not an issue. The issue with this useless product is that the thicker extensions won't extend with less than extreme effort. Now after one more use it won't extend at all even with extreme effort including two people trying to pull it longer.

Item worked great the first two times I used it. Now the second "Stage" tubing will not extract/retract without extreme effort. Naturally It's past the 30 day return window so I'm stuck with a retriever that only partially reaches is advertised length.

My hubby absolutely loves this design and durability of this! Fits perfectly in the bag. I haven’t heard any complaints about the design or grip. He claims he uses it to only help his friends he’s playing golf with😆

I loved it! For about 2 weeks. Then it bent when my son accidentally stubbed the tip into the ground when walking around the pond. He said it was too heavy when extended out. It bent bad. We had to throw it away.

Retrieves balls from the water easily and retracts to fit your golf bag.

My buddy has one similar to this but when it comes to measuring, I had to make sure mine was longer. This thing did not disappoint. Seems sturdy enough. It tightens and loosens to the desired length. Seems perfect for any golf bag.
