The zipper is totally unacceptable, I don’t believe it’s a genuine coolmax zipper as I bought it to replace my 8 year old cover that was bought from John Lewis with the topper insert along with 2 further double bed size complete topper and cover sets. The zip was broken upon opening the product but I wasn’t fully aware until I had put the topper in position to zip up. I bought a larger depth topper purposely to accommodate any shrinkage in future laundering so the zipper is in no way at all too small. My topper depth is 3” inches and I bought a 9/10inch cover. Everything is 10💯except the totally useless zipper. 🙃Dissapointed.
