With absolutely no fan fair or celebration, I have made it to the age where I require a multivitamin. Huzzah! Everybody says, “start taking a multivitamin.” There’s no way to know what you’re getting into without buying several multivitamins. They usually taste like garbage, are the size of a quarter, and the only difference you notice is that they turn your pee a different color. These are a black capsule. That was weird at first but now I don’t mind. It’s a small enough pill that it’s easy to swallow. Unlike other vitamins, I actually notice when I don’t take my multivitamin. I kind of feel off. That tells me it’s working well and I dig that. I can get behind this price for a couple months of multivitamins. I’m not a billionaire and I’m not trying to make it rain on a multivitamin. There’s a whole lot of other things I’d rather spend money on. What are the suggestions to write about and side effects. I didn’t even know that was a thing. I have not experienced any side effects with this multivitamin. I’ve bought this thing off of Amazon reminders two times now. Since I’m three bottles in, I guess I like them pretty well.

My wife bought this for me."So far it's good". I gave it 4 stars because it's not a full month yet. There is no after taste or smell. Also I've had NO SIDE EFFECTS. I did notice my energy improved some. Just wish that had a 2 to 3 months supply. One more thing don't get scared when your urine is bright yellow that is the IRON 🤣🤣🤣 otherwise he would recommend it.
