MegaFood Algae Omega 3 6 9 for Heart, Brain & Vision Support, 60 Capsules

My iron levels were down to 15, creating all kinds of problems for me. Had a prescription for iron, a most horrible experience, vomiting, constipation, to the point I wanted to give up!! I turned to Google, landed on the very top rated iron supplement. No success. Again back to Goggle, ( I may be in love with Goggle after all this) dug deeper and deeper, after pages and pages, landed on this product. Sweet relief, no physical issues with consumption!!! Became patient, went back for blood draw after four weeks, jumped for joy not only feeling somewhat better, my levels were up to 24! I realize I have to working at improving but I CAN Do IT NOW!

It does exactly what it says. I have not burped once and if you're worried about a fishy smell, you need not worry. I absolutely hate fish and smelling fish makes me vomit. But, this product has an appealing lemon scent/flavor. It's easy for me to swallow, but drink liquid with it to make it go down easier. It's a little pricey, but after taking it for two months, my liver enzymes and cholesterol fell back into the normal range. *My experience only; you may not experience the same results.

I love this! It’s vegan it and it even tastes good. It leaves a pleas and after taste unlike most fish oils. I can’t say I’ve noticed a difference in my skin or hair yet which is why I bought it so I will check back in once I have gone through a couple of bottles. It’s easy to swallow and I weirdly save it for last of all my vitamins and supplements since I enjoy the flavor and find it refreshing. I like that no fishes were harmed but I can still get the omega benefits. I will be purchasing again.

Really great formulation! I take this all the time without food and NEVER have any stomach upset. I could prob spend less money but this is worth the extra to have a food based supplement.

I love taking these and notice a difference when i don’t. their after tastes is better than other brands i have tried i have purchased these multiple times

Capsules look half filled and the capsule itself is kinda thick. I can’t tell how effective this is so I’ll choose not to buy it again. My 3 stars is basically a neutral rating because I just can’t tell the effectiveness in anyway nor do the capsules look pleasing.
