I was diagnosed with dequerveins in my left thumb. I didn't want the brace the specialist offered me because I hadn't met my deductible and theirs are extremely expensive. So, I came here to Amazon. I put this one in my cart, but since I wasn't hurting that bad I decided to cheap out and get the Mueller one for 14 bucks. But he moment I saw it and tried it on I knew I had made a mistake trying to cheap out. So then I ordered this one the same day. Huge difference! Huge difference in every possible way. For only a few more bucks this is a significant upgrade in every aspect of the experience. The packaging is better. The brace itself is of overall much higher quality with a much more premium look and feel. Yes, this is a larger brace than the minimalistic Mueller. But if you are looking for any kind of actual support for your wrist and isolation for your thumb, trust me this is the one. My wrist measured just under 8eight in so I went with the large / extra large and it's a perfect fit. There is a soft inner sleeve that sits against your skin which makes it easy to put on and take off and feels comfortable on your arm. The straps are simple to access and use and the distribution of the pressure feels better and more supportive as opposed to the cheaper one I tried. But most importantly for me is the thumb support and isolation. I couldn't tell from the original pictures, but once I put it on I was impressed with how it worked. Much more comfortable around my thumb than the other one and this one actually keeps my thumb immobile. So, ultimately it's up to you. You can cheap out and try and save a few bucks. Or, you can spend a little bit more and get a genuinely quality product here. So if you have an actual injury or need actual thumb support, please take my advice having compared them and go with this one! Hope that helps.

It provides excellent support, feels comfortable, and helps keep my wrist in a stable position without being too bulky. The adjustable straps make it easy to get a good fit. My only complaint is the **thumb section—the Velcro/strap does not stay closed very well and tends to come loose during use.** If that part were improved, I would easily give it five stars. Overall, a good and useful brace with one small design flaw.

Great support for De Quervain's tenosynovitis condition. Paying a little more for a product that does the correct job and does it well, is smart. This wrist brace worked well for me. It does not cure this condition, but it does provide the support needed to keep your thumb in a position to aid in healing. I measured my hand using the product guide, and was on the very low end of the large scale. Choosing large was a good decision. It is not loose and fits very well.

I ordered this as a night brace because I have carpal tunnel, and then I gave myself De Quervian’s tendinitis. I have used many braces over the years due to a connective tissue disorder. I really like this brace. It’s sturdy, the Velcro is so quiet compared to most braces I’ve had, but still very secure. My favorite part is this thing is so incredibly soft on the inside, lit blows my mind. My only tiny issue, is that one of the “bracers” on it doesn’t come out. The wrist, and the supports do, but the one on the outside of the hand is made of a sturdy flexible material, and it can’t come out, but that’s not a huge deal for me. I ordered the L/XL size, and it fits very well

Amazing! My boyfriend and I have bought so many of these and recently hurt his hand and we couldnt find a single one. I hopped on Amazon and overnight shipped it, and he put it on right away and it helps a lot. Its a good strong brace, lasts a while and is worth the money.

Omg this brace has saved my actual life. I am a professional cleaner and my hands were going numb and the pain was unbearable. I could barely hold my tools.
