It improves the sound of vinyl records by removing microscopic dust particles in the grooves. The record should have as much fluff, mold and dirt removed ahead of time as possible using whatever works for you now. It doesn't clean that kind of stuff very well. You have to be around to push the button every so often. I use it most often by pushing the button for a 5 minute clean cycle, at the end of that cycle I push the button for another 5 minute clean cycle followed automatically by a 10 minute drying cycle. So it is: pre-clean the record, then 20 minutes in the machine. It is noisy, I need to be in the room to push the button but I try to stay at least 15 feet away most of the time. Some records improve to the point where they sound nearly brand new, on some you can hear a noticeable reduction in background noise and pops and clicks. Some records may benefit from a second round of cleaning. It helps a lot, but it doesn't take a dirty record and make it "new" again all by itself. It is another tool to help save the music that is on the records. And it costs $700 CAN where the next cheapest ultrasonic designed to clean records costs thousands of dollars more. It isn't for everyone, if you have a couple hundred vinyl records and you are not completely satisfied with what you do now to clean them, you might want to add this tool to your arsenal. There are many videos on YouTube of people demonstrating the machine. You should look at several videos before you decide if you want to buy one. The instructions are good and it is straight forward to use.

Expensive but well worth the outlay if you have a decent sized vinyl collection.To be honest, this has worked unbelievably on the some of my worst crackling records and even ones who jumped.All 200 of my vinyls are now spotless.I was wondering whether it was worth the money but I have to say that it is worth the money because the sound difference in my vinyl is very noticeableI also bought the ultrasonic stylus cleaner and that's amazing. Again it was expensive but combined with this I am getting perfect sound from my pro ject Evo 2 On every single thing that I play

Ich habe lange gezögert, ob bei einem Plattenbestand von 300 diese Reinigungsmaschine sinnvoll ist. Meine erste Testplatte eine neue Platte von PINK FLOYD - Wish You Were Here. Leise Musikbereich wurden stets durch Knistern begleitet, was doch nervt. Nach der Waschung waren die Knister, bis auf wenige Knister im Anfangs- und Endrillenbereich weg. Das gleiche auch bei ähnlichen Platten. Pressfehler werden natürlich nicht bereinigt. Die Handhabung ist einfach (Einlegen - Programmwahl und Start - Entnehmen - Wasser gefiltert für die nächste Waschung umfüllen - oder im Tank bis zur nächsten Waschung lassen. Das Waschwasser wird jedesmal gefiltert - auch gut und die Reinigungsgeräusche sind nicht zu laut. Fingerabdrücke durch feuchte Hände werden nicht entfernt, also Handschuhe bei feuchten Händen nutzen. Ansonsten kann man diese Reinigungsmaschine empfehlen, da sie gegenüber von Bürstenreinigungsmaschinen doch preisgünstiger ist. Das Reinigungsmittel reicht bei empfohlender Nutzung etwa 1000 Waschungen, Nachkauf ist bei größerer Menge aber teuer.

以前使っていたヴァキュームクリーナーが壊れてしまった為、超音波洗浄機を探していたところ本機に辿り着きました。吸引式の物はレコード片面づつクリーニング液を用いて汚れをブラシで掻き出し、液ごと吸引、その後自然感想という工程で、結構手間が掛かった記憶がありますが、本機はレコード両面の洗浄・乾燥が機械任せで10分ほどで完了し、騒音についても気にならないレベルだと思います。効果についてはかつての吸引式を凌いでいると断言出来ます。あとは耐久性が高ければ問題無しですね。
