**Disappointing Quality** I recently purchased Lotus, and I’m extremely disappointed with the quality. The roots arrived in very bad condition—they were wilted, bruised, and had a strong, unpleasant odor. It was clear that they were not fresh at all. Considering the price, I expected much better quality. I won't be buying from this vendor again and would not recommend it to others.
