Shocked is an understatement. We have a neglected inground vinyl pool from the prior owner. Black algea with green no amount of chemicals was giving me "clear blue water"...i got it on prime day, why not, ive wasted enough money on other brands, came 12hrs later. Added it to the pool at night after tucking everyone in thinking... another wasted 25 $. THIS BRAND WORKS. Woke up to a spa pool. Even the black algea loosened up and the robovac is taking care of it now. WORTH IT. Rewrite review after 1 month to see if it actually helps. 22,000 gallons. I did the whole bottle for aggressive stubborn algae

I had some algae and slime on the water surface in the skimmer. Based on the calculations I have A 1300 gallon pool. And I used 4 ounces for an aggressive treatment. Once a month I will Put 2 ounces to prevent. This product works and it works well. This won’t treat black algae as the black algae has a protective layer you’d have to scrape off the black algae. But geeen algae no problem. If you have black scrape it first, then pour this product in and vacuum the pool.

I had a few dark spots on the bottom of my pool that wouldn’t brush away and wondered if it could be black algae? I found this product and after reading the information and reviews decided to give it a try. The results were amazing. Within a few days the spots were gone and my salt water pool remained crystal clear. I have reordered it and continued to use it, although not exactly on schedule. I have had slight algae show up again and then know it is time to treat again with the algaecide and again I get almost instant results. The product seems to last as stated and really helps keep my pool in great condition. I will keep buying and using this product.

This might be one of the worst products I have personally ever used in 32 years of being a pool owner.. Not only did it NOT get rid of black algae, it seemed to make it grow.. I also had NO yellow or mustard color algae and now that is getting out of control… Yes, my pool was balanced prior to using and yes I used as the instructions said..

Son says his pool cleaned up nicely after the winter with this product. Not bad at all

I wish I had taken a picture of my pool before using this. This product is awesome. I put a whole bottle in (10,000 gallon pool) and saw what one did so I purchased two more and added one more with one saved. The clarity is still a little off ALL ALGAE is GONE!! (Only a little on the steps which I think I need to use a rag to get off 🤷‍♀️) I recommend this product I think it’s better than my pool store stuff.

Where other products failed this algaecide went right to work clearing all of the dark spots off of the pool side walls and bottom. Remarkable and totally rid of the plaques in under 24 hours. Reasonably priced as another bonus.

I scraped the head off of the black algae spots, must do. poured this in In and about in two weeks, black algae was gone! Works better than I expected.Definitely recommend it.
