I purchased this travel electric kettle for trips and office use and overall it has been very convenient. The compact size makes it easy to pack and it heats water quickly. I really like the multiple temperature control options since it works well for tea coffee and other hot drinks. I used it to make hot chocolate and the kettle heated the milk evenly without any issues during use. The stainless steel interior feels high quality and I appreciate the auto shut off feature since it adds peace of mind. The kettle feels safe and well built and the white color looks clean and modern. The only downside I experienced was cleaning. When the hot chocolate stuck to the bottom it was a bit difficult to clean completely. It took some extra soaking and gentle scrubbing to remove the residue. Because of this I think it is easier to use for water or tea rather than thicker drinks.

I have only used it once for the initial cleaning. It is very easy to use, intuitive, and very fast. My first boil at our home, more than double the recommended maximum elevation above sea level, 8300 feet, was with the top off, as recommended, to avoid overpressure. The carrying case is very convenient for travel and keeping the power cord and instructions handy. My plans are to make morning coffee with my Aeropress with ground coffee, and instant when I'm in the car. I haven't tested how long the water stays warm after heating. My initial impression is that it seems to be made with quality, good fit and finish, and again, easy use, and surprisingly fast heating. I recommend this kettle for anyone who needs hot water with the ability to have four preset temperatures, especially for travel.

I have already used this water heater several times and I am really impressed with how fast it works. It brings water to a full boil at 212°F in about five minutes, which is perfect for making instant ramen or quick meals. I even checked the temperature with a kitchen meat thermometer just to be sure, and it was spot on. I have not tried the other heat settings yet, but the touch button controls are very easy to use and feel intuitive. Everything about the unit feels well designed and convenient for travel. The carrying case could be slightly larger to fit the cord more easily. If you take some time, you can make the cord, heater, instructions, and cleaning packets all fit inside, but it is a bit of a squeeze. To avoid dealing with that every time, I just put the cord and accessories into a sandwich size ziplock bag, place that inside the heater, and then slide the heater into the carrying case, which works great. Overall, this is an excellent product and I am very happy with it. One thing to note is that the outside of the heater and the lid do get pretty warm during use, so be careful when handling it after heating. Other than that, I would definitely recommend it.

This is perfect for a roughly 12-14oz coffee or tea. It is the size of a portable water bottle which makes it convenient to carry. I leave it in my desk and use it to boil water for my instant coffee or tea. I love that it came with a travel bag. It has a regular plug for an outlet, auto shut-off, and works fast.

I bought this to use while traveling, and it's exactly what I needed! It's the right size and shape for packing in a suitcase, easy to use, comes with clear instructions, has a beautiful minimalist design and four temperature functions, all for the right price. The only feature it doesn't have, which would have increased the price, is a heat-resistant sleeve. If you don't want to wait the 2-3 minutes after boiling before using the kettle, I recommend buying a separate sleeve for it, which is a very affordable solution. This is what I will do.

Love this little kettle! It's looks nice and comes with it's own little carry bag. I like neutral colors so the gray is nice. I bought it after a business trip and could NOT get the hotel coffee maker flushed to make hot water for my tea. It appears to be quality made and durable. It holds enough for two cups of tea and even at the hottest temperature of 212 degrees, it's still cool enough on the outside that you can hold it with your bare hand. There is some warmth but not hot. Would be great for having warm water to make formula with if you have a baby. I don't know about rust resistance as I haven't used it enough yet and made sure to dry it very well before putting away. So glad I found this little kettle.
