This stuff is fantastic! It works well for large bolts or small. If you are marking lug nuts on a wheel, the applicator tip does the trick perfectly. As long as your parts are reasonably clean it will dry quickly and stay put letting you know if your lug nuts may be coming loose. What I mostly wanted it for is smaller screws mainly on gun parts. You don't want to be firing your rifle and suddenly have your scope fall off onto the ground. I saw that happen once to someone and he wasn't at all happy! For the smaller screws the applicator tip is kind of big. Also, the fact that it dries so quickly can be tricky for applying tiny amounts to the smaller screws. What I found works best is to squeeze about the size of a BB onto a “ palette” and then use a straight pin to mix it and keep it liquid then quickly take the straight pin away with some of the liquid on the point of the pin and quickly apply it across the junction of your small screw and the body of what it is in. It will then dry quickly and stay put. You can quickly look at anytime and see if the screw has loosened even an eighth of a turn. I like the blue color because, on guns, it shows up well but doesn't stand out and look out of place. I highly recommend this. To help understand how I rate items: Five stars - The product exceeded my expectations. I really love it and would actively suggest it to friends and would certainly purchase it again if needed. Four stars - The product met my expectations. It does what it claims to do. I like it and would recommend it to someone if they asked about it. I would most likely purchase it again if needed . Three stars - The product is average and for the most part does what it claims. There may be a few things I don't like about it. If I recommended it to someone, I would state my reservations. I may purchase it again if I could not find a better alternative. Two stars - The product fell far short of my expectations. It may, in some respects, do what it claims to do but has far too many problems to overlook. I would never recommended it to someone nor would I ever purchase it again. There is a good possibility I would return it. One star - The product is terrible. It has way too many cons and few if any pros. I would actively warn my friends away from it and would most likely return it if possible.

This ORIGINAL BÄDER Torque Sealant Tamper Proof Indicator should be in every toolbox. If you own any machinery, you need to have it to indicate how well your parts are holding together properly. If the parts aren't staying in place, major damage can be caused. From simple nuts and bolts to larger, major parts, we depend upon marking them so we can see if there has been any change in their positions. Farm machinery vibrates a great deal so we always mark our parts on the tractor and all the accessories to know that they are in the proper positions. This blue indicator recently showed us that the attachment we were using with the tractor had slipped about half an inch so my son was able to reposition it prior to any damage happening. I think a $10 tube is well worth its weight in gold since it saved us a costly repair. We plan to buy another tube when this is gone as it isn't that easy to find in our local stores. We do recommend this product!!

I cannot say enough how important it is to use these to mark bolts or nuts on expensive equipment or items you want to make sure stay in place. I learned the hard way. I have a small tractor with a backhoe. I was digging stumps one day and one bolt gave way causing the hydraulic Ram to push forward to one side of the front frame. Not only did the Ram bend like a bobby pin, but it bent the entire forward assembly as well. This cost me hundreds to get it repaired. I checked other bolts and found three others that were a little loose. Now I mark all the nuts and bolts and check them often to see if anything has moved. It is very cheap insurance!

I ordered this product to try on critical nuts and bolts on my ultralight aircraft.. Previously I had been using bright colored nail polish from the big box store and wanted to try a product made for this use. This product is made in Europe (Germany I think) and as you would expect it is a quality product made for showing movement in critical parts. It comes in a metal squeeze tube with a small nozzle that allows you to just squeeze the tube and apply it where needed. Any movement of your fastener and the lines will no longer be in alignment. The liquid product is pretty viscous and stays where you put it, and best of all it does not require multiple coats for coverage, just one will do. Great product, and highly recommended for critical fasteners..

This is a must for any mechanics tool box. I use torque seal on my aviation and automobile projects. I use it as a visual indicator on fasteners like nuts, bolts and screws to indicate that the fastener has been final torque as well as visual maintenance indicator that fastener is not coming loose. I usually use another brand in marker form factor that costs twice as much. I saw this as a value alternative and decided to give it a try. It works just as well and is highly visible. It's durable when dried. It does take a little longer to dry than the competition marker type usually use but that's ok. Thus will last longer because because there is more torque seal in the tube than the marker form. Highly recommend.

I can now save some money using this torque seal. It’s just like the high quality name brand stuff I’ve used for companies while assembling giant machinery to verify everything has been torqued. I really love to torque seal everything especially main components on jobs I’m working on. It’s a great reminder and time saver when someone is wondering if it’s been torqued and is still torqued.

Never heard of this stuff but it works awesome. Similar to blue Loctite but less runny and dries faster as well. Tube is aluminum and includes a little plastic nozzle for “detail work”. Good quality product. I will re-order when needed!

Ace stuff for that piece of mind of being able to tell easily if something has loosened. Easy to apply even in tricky access spaces.
