Good for hayfever
Unblocks my nose and super easy to use, you get a good few sprays out of it so it's good value and the strength is perfect. Good for hayfever, no side effects but has the usual burn of a nasal decongestant.

Good Spray and quite cheap!
I’ve used it for only a day but it definitely works, just not for 10 hours. I would say a few house which is still decent for someone who probably has sinusitis and has a severely runny nose. The spray is thin and strong but gentle. The active ingredients definitely work and the scent is mild. There are no side effects for me and you can’t taste it.

I can finally breathe properly with my sinusitis after MONTHS!!!
I have sinusitis and I've only been able to breathe out of one nostrils at a time for MONTHS. I got this today and used it (1 spray) and within half hour/1 hour.. I can breathe from BOTH of my nostrils?! This is amazing. Im SO SO happy. Thank you!!

Otrivine Fine Nasal Mist is a very effective product when you have a blocked nose from a cold, hay fever or sinus congestion. I found the fine mist much more comfortable to use than some traditional nasal sprays, and it doesn't feel as harsh when applied.
