This was ordered as a father's day gift. When he opened it before even taking it out of the box it was obviously damaged. I requested a return and the company contacted me. After some emailing and pictures they replaced the tool chest very quickly. The new one is perfect and my husband loves it!! Great customer service!

Solid and sturdy unit, drawers have good rails. Fedex apparently takes the enhanced packaging as a challenge to the destructive capabilty. Seller was prompt in replacing the unit.

Very cheaply made. Arrived dented. But it costs nearly $200 to ship it back. Seller will not pay for return shipping.

It looks nice with its textured surface. It did arrive with some surface dents that aren't very noticeable. Assembly couldn't be completed, however, because there were NO holes predrilled for the tool tray on the left side of the cabinet. In addition, the predrilled holes on the right side of the cabinet did not align with the holes in the handle. The casters were easy to assemble. The unit is nevertheless usable for my purposes, but it would have been nice to have been correct and complete.

For the price, it is OK. It is fairly flimsy. It is for small tools for sure.On step 10, it doesn’t tell you to put the handle into the slots above the bolt holes, and the put the bolts in. Rolls easy. The look of it is nice though and is good for a small space.The removable tool box is a nice!

The media could not be loaded. If you're looking to organize your tools but don't want to spend a fortune on a large toolbox then this is your sign to purchase this product. Think of it as the "mini version" of the large toolboxes you see in garages, sheds, etc. The quality is nice and it does come with wheels (although I haven't assembled them yet). You really get the value for the money spent and assembly is a breeze. I had no trouble setting this up for my husband before he got home and he was able to store all of his tools in it because it's a decent sized product. It's not too big, not too small, it's just right. It's functional and space saving. I don't think you'll regret this product!

Smaller than expected. Looked bigger in the pictures. The drawers are barely deep enough for any big wrenches. I’ll keep it but was disappointed when I got it.

It came with a debris, but other than that I looks great!!
